Compré una colchoneta y me suscribieron a unos pagos semanales que sumaban 400€. Sin mi permiso. Me devolvieron el dinero por quejarme y me pidieron una reseña positiva a cambio. Obviamente no voy a ayudar a que engañen a las personas.

I don't know what happened but when I tried to contact them they answered immediately and Ms. Ashley helped solve my problem.

Mr Ashly support me to apply refunding the wrongly paid amount and insure that amount will be refunded with 7 to 10 days let hope and and wait

On buying the item , it was not clear I would be purchasing tokens , this has been distressing for me as you can imagine , totally transparency of what is actually being purchased is needed .
In saying that I totally appreciate the prompt response from you and the assurance of refund plus removing me from the " membership " 4863

I don’t know how I got involved with this at all. But have to say when I contacted them they answered very promptly and as far as I know have rectified my situation

I inadvertently signed up for a conscripion with Duffelsmill and e mailed them asking to cancel it .and immediately had a reply from Eugene on their support team confirming my Cancellation and a refund of all my payments taken . Excellent customer service
