The text reminders are honestly the only reason I didnt miss my deadline to enroll in the Dui school. I work weird hours at the warehouse and I usually forget to check my email or open letters but the phone alerts kept me on track so I didnt fall behind. It buzzes your pocket and tells you exactly what you need to do right then. My experience with the document upload center was really smooth too. It is so much faster than mailing things to the state capital and hoping they dont lose it in a pile of paperwork. I just took a picture of my forms with my phone and hit send and saw the confirmation instantly. Because everything was submitted electronically I actually got my restricted license about three weeks faster than I expected. The whole system is just built to speed things up for you so you arent stuck waiting on the dmv forever.

This isnt a magic wand that makes the charge go away but it is definitely the best tool for managing the aftermath.
I was overwhelmed by the amount of paperwork the court threw at me and I didnt know where to begin. Their system organized everything by priority so I didnt have to guess. First the SR-22 filing which they did instantly and then the hearing request came next.I had a small issue with the interlock installation code but their support team fixed it while I was at the shop.

At first I thought the free membership with insurance was just a gimmick to get people to sign up.
But the policy they found me was actually cheaper than my old one even with the SR 22 added on which was a huge surprise.
The reinstatement plan unlocked immediately after I signed up and showed me exactly what to do next. It is legit and very helpful for keeping track of the classes since I have a busy schedule.
