We know our conversational style can feel a bit different — and yes, sometimes a little corny — especially if you’re used to more traditional online learning. For some people it clicks straight away, for others it takes a bit of getting used to, so we really appreciate you calling that out honestly.

We’re really glad to hear the downloadable resources were useful and something you can keep coming back to — that’s exactly why we include them.

The feedback around repetition and pacing is helpful and something we actively review as we keep improving our courses. Thanks again for giving the course a go and for recommending it overall.

We make sure every learner has access to personalised support, including the option to book one-on-one sessions with our assessment team whenever extra guidance is needed.
