Great Customer Service !

Once again, great Customer Service from DSM. Never fails.
My wife and I have our cars serviced and MOT'd here. Happy to recommend DSM to anyone looking to change their vehicle service agent. Trev, Nikkie and team always go above and beyond.

Excellent Service - Excellent Staff

I was staying in Loughborough as my Daughter was returning to Uni. I had checked out of my hotel & we were going to do her food shop. My car started making this loud screeching noise, literally like I had a banshee in the car with me. No way was I driving back to Liverpool with that noise. I rang the hotel & booked back in - and rang the AA from there. They advised it may be a possible bearing issue.
They rang Duke Street Motors for me & explained about my car.
They were happy for me to take it for them to look at. The AA followed me there (and took me back to the hotel).
I left my car with them. Every single member of staff I spoke with there were absolutely lovely, really friendly. The lady on reception rang me later that day to explain what was wrong - it was the offside front caliper & front discs & pads.
The car was ready the following morning.
It was explained to me in full detail what was wrong & what they had done.
I can’t thank them enough for being able to fix it for me & so glad it happened whilst I was in Loughborough & not on the motorway driving home.
Amazing customer service, really lovely staff. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank You SO much :)

I've been going to Duke St for MOTs and services for over 5 years now. I've never had an issue with what they do. I trust their advice and the service is great.

Just Amazing

Always there for me even at the last minute if I have problem no matter how big or small.

Very good service

Very good service - responsive and honest. Lent us a courtesy car even though they could not resolve the issue due it being an electrical fault.
