I love that I can customize the design and messages in a way that isn't available in Japan. They are also super comfortable to wear. I’ll definitely keep supporting you!

They sent me the wrong item. I messaged them, adding a picture of what they'd actually sent instead. T they admitted their error right away, said they would 'send me the correct item within the next 48 hours.'
That was a month ago, I haven't heard a peep since, my multiple attempts to contact them have been ignored.

Amazing products and delivery has always been fast and reliable

One star is actually too much for this company. I ordered an item online and the day I received it, I opened the package and noticed the clasp was broken and the item was about 3 sizes too big for me. I reached out to them immediately and they said they could not refund the item and then proceeded to ignore my responding emails. I've never seen such crap and poor customer service. Don't fall for it!

Still haven’t received my purchases

I like the experience because the store has the latest trends and beautiful products. I can't comment more than that because I haven't received any of the products that I've purchased. It's understandable because of the orders size and the special requests but a little more feed back would be more professional and greatly appreciated.

Surtout ne pas acheter....Qualité catastrophique pire que médicocre. Article non conforme (qualité, composition, visuel).
Le service clients est tout aussi déplorable et les retours sont si complexes et couteux que l on finit par conserver l'article (initialement commandé pour un cadeau de noël...il n 'a jamais pu être offert.Et un autre cadeau a dû être acheté.Le service clients propose même de garder l'article et de le revendre ou de le donner à une association ...FUYEZ!!!Evitez vous un achat très contrariant limite frauduleux.

I ordered my package on December 18th. I did not receive any tracking information or confirmation email. They took the money though.
It's feeling very scammy.

For my first order last year, it look like this was sewed on. On my second order this year, you can literally see the hot glue on the outline of the words. I don’t like that because now it looks cheap

Sell (for really a lot of money!) something that does not even fit a 16 year old and then block them from returning the items.

Commande d’un article personnalisé, au vu des commentaires j’avais très peur de ne rien recevoir mais j’ai été livrée en 15j. L’article commandé est conforme aux photos, il n’y a aucune erreur sur le texte personnalisé demandé et en + j’ai reçu des strass au cas où j’en perdrais sur l’article.
La qualité est au rendez-vous, c’est du vrai métal et non du plastique !

Per il resto completo come da foto,preciso,ed un buono del 20 per cento sul prossimo acquisto che sto organizzando con molti più articolo, perché ora so che è uno shop serio,e vende prodotti oltre che particolari anche di buona qualità

Produit absolument pas conforme à la photo et au descriptif. Retour payant, à nos frais contrairement à la publicité faite sur leur site. Service après vente pitoyable... une vraie ARNAQUE!!

Its the worst shop out there I have ever order something. They are lying on their website of beeing good quality but all of my product came in low quailty. All of them where either already broken, didnt arrive or broke after. Its a big scam. They dont answer and ignored all my messages. Dont buy from them. You rather buy from temu or shein, the quailty will be better or at least the same and you will safe a lot of money. Dulcestoreparis is a big scam

I had my stuff. And they were on time . They replied to my emails and even modify my order while it was on its way. One word : yes.
