Fantastic dress for a garden wedding
the weight and fall of the fabric was wonderful and had a great flow - even on a larger sized bride like myself.
From my sisters ordering experience I got it custom sized and then took it in to tighten around waist slightly.
Arrived very quickly and in excellent condition.

The dress was of good quality but I wanted to be safe and ordered a standard size which was too large for me. I think it would have been much better if I ordered to size!

The dress fit perfectly and was very comfortable to wear.I'm going to wear this to an upcoming wedding. I really like the way it fits and feels. It's a little longer than I like, but I guess I'm shorter than the model.

I love this dress! Impeccable quality. The material is soft and flows beautifully. The print and design are gorgeous.

I was surprised at how good quality the dresses are. This fit me perfectly. The material is a great pattern and I love the style. You can use the dress for example for shopping, at wedding or for dates.

Wonderful dress and fits very nicely. This is a classic. Like the little black dress.The colors are accurate and didn't notice anything wrong with the dress in any way. Versatile and flattering. Great quality to with good lining.

My dress arrived in perfect quality. A little bit wrinkled from being in the box but nothing that wasn’t expected. I tried it on and it was the perfect fit, it made me feel like a princess:)

I didn’t hear anything about my order for over 2 weeks and only when I contacted them asking for a refund did they then say the order was on its way. I didn’t realise it was being shipped from china - avoid!!!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!
Mother in law bought a dress of it and honestly looked nothing like the pictures!!! Thought it was coming from the UK but silly me didn't notice it was from China!! We are looking for a full refund which we are entitled to and now are saying we have to pay custom fees

Ordered 3 dresses, they didn't fit, had to pay to send them back and would only receive 80% of what I paid for them. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I have been contacting Duntery every week since the 3rd Feb to request a refund, without any response.
I am now out of pocket as my bridesmaid needed to find a dress using another site.
I appreciate some people can lose out on over 100 pounds without much concern, but it is such a hit for us financially.
Such a shame as the website was recommended to us by another customer.
Cannot recommend this company due to return issues.

Awful company. Ordered fabric swatches, still haven’t arrived after two weeks.
No communication, customer service is terrible and refusing to issue a refund.
Do not order from this terrible company!

Ho fatto un ordine il 31 agosto di un vestito quando mi è arrivato purtroppo era molto scadente il materiale e la taglia non corrispondeva purtroppo. Chiedo di effettuare il reso, ma Duntery dice che purtroppo non può fornirmi un’etichetta di reso e che avrei dovuto spedire il pacco a mie spese. Io inconsciamente l’ho spedito pagando 35 € di spedizione poste italiane e ad oggi mi ritrovo che devo pagare anche il vestito, siccome ho fatto il pagamento con Klarna e Klarna non può più bloccare i pagamenti, quindi adesso mi tocca pagare il vestito e la spedizione già pagata e quindi una super truffa. Il sito non mi risponde quindi non so come devo fare l’unica cosa ho pensato di denunciare.

I purchased 4bridesmaids dresses and one junior dress I need to return two of the dresses after I left a bad review someone from the company got in touch I asked for a refund to be told I could have compensation and keep dress so I accepted the compensation even though I am owed £158.00 which I am not going to get back I am going back to my credit card company to see what they can do.Not sure what I am going to do with two dresses

Easy ordering, reliable fast shipping with tracking, well packaged. The dresses were accurately sized to fit all three little girls. Beautiful and well-made!

This company have gone above and beyond for me. I ordered a dress which was delivered in the time frame given to myself on the option that I chose whoch was standard delivery. Reasonable price considering my item was coming from China. To my own fault for not ordering swatches in the beginning my dress wasn't the correct colour needed for my big day. After reading the return policy I contacted duntery and was assigned to a lovely lady who helped me every step of the way to have my refund processed. She gave me instruction to follow to help me not have any hidden cost occur within my refund. She stated to put my good was the value of 20 pounds so that I did not have to pay any customs charge nor holding charge on the end that would be China. Considering if this did occur and the company had to pay this on their end they would not be making much to be able to run their business. I gave my trust and applied the instruction. I paid the postage back to China myself which is also understandable todo so again if this company was to pay this they would not be making much money. Ive seen alot of complaints about these issues but in their shoes if you was running a business to be able to make a living im sure postage would not be a free for all for all your customers?. I am extremely happy with the way my situation was dealt with. And I am also happy that the lady gave me instructions to ensure I was able to have as much refund as the company could possible give me to me without them coming at a loss. Different countries work in different ways for reason and I do not fault duntery what so ever for ensuring their company is protected. Thankyou ever so much for handling my situation professionally aswell as the compassion that was given along with the instruction ensuring I wasn't missing out on too much. Before buying always read the small print! On any site it saves the disappointment if it was to come when needing to return :)

I naively thought that this company was U.K. based. I didn’t do my homework in tracing the origins of this company … China … and so I paid the price … literally. I ordered the same colour and style of dress in three sizes … a 14, a 16 and and 18 for two soon to be bridesmaids who are usually a U.K. size 14 and a U.K. size 16. The best fitting dress for both were the size 16. One had to have the size 16 and the other had to have the 18. Both girls are 5’ 7” tall. The dresses were mega long … perhaps the manufacturers in China think that all U.K. women are in excess of 6’ tall. It cost a lot to have both dresses shortened locally … an added cost to already expensive bridesmaid dresses. Getting in touch with Duntery to return the size 14 dress … tried on but unworn, I was discouraged to return the dress. Duntery advised me to sell the dress locally. I checked the selling price of the dress … same design and found that they were being sold for as little as £6! I pushed for returning the dress and was finally given return details. I was told to state on the customs declaration to put £20 value … rather than the true value of five times that amount. It cost nearly a third of the cost of the dress to return the dress to China. After many emails, and five months I finally got a refund … not a full refund as given in the U.K. for returned items, but a part refund … half the value of the dress. After taking off the postage … having the dress sent to me and then returned to China, I am left out of pocket … big time. I should have just given the dress to a local charity and saved myself all of the stress. I would never buy from this company in China again, and I would not recommend this company in China to anyone.

If I could give this company no stars I would.

I ordered a dress for a wedding and when it arrived there was a smell on the dress and a black mark.

I contacted their customer service and was told they can refund me £15.00 considering the dress is defective.

I asked for a return label to send the dress back and was told I need to pay to return the dress and once the dress had arrived in China I would be refunded for the dress and not the shipping fee.

This company is sounding more and more like a scam.
