Duplicator is a brilliant plug in to smooth the often tricky business of moving websites to other domains.

The biggest bonus is the really helpful help desk who have always managed to fix any problems.

Highly recommended.

The product is essential if you look after a number of websites and it is easy to use.
Works well, but if there are problems the support is swift and high quality.

Total junk, could not install easily in older website, had to use filezilla, I bought the pro version but instead of trying to help me and let me install in my other websites they just refunded and left me hanging

I> use Duplicator Pro for five WordPress.com sites. The ability to have a local backup is a key part of my disaster recovery plan.
In the past, I have used the software to move from one hosting company to another. It worked just as I hoped.

I had it working previously. Same themes, same host.

Now it takes ages to make a backup and when that is uploaded, the plugin does not recognise the upload. I've tried multiple times with .zip and other formats.

Simply put - this is genuinely a waste of time. Support documentation is ambiguous (which site is the donor if you're cloning a site).. completely ambiguous.

Sadly I can't give this a zero. Software that is designed to be simple.. should be.

It's fast, fully automated and I love Duplicator's support. Really cool plugin.

David, Mohammad and the Duplicator support team were very helpful while assisting with a long-running Google Drive backup issue on our live WordPress site. Problem solved. After spending a number of hours trying out different options to resolve why Duplicator wasn't completing any backup I submitted a Tech support ticket. By the next morning the problem had been resolved and, more importantly, an explanation of how it was solved was provided. I could have asked for or expected more. Well done.

Last year I was told that I have cancer. Not knowing what my future holds, I cancelled many contracts and subscriptions. I'm aware that Duplicator doesn't offer refunds so was shocked to be told that on this occasion, the company would make an exception.

I only contacted them to advise that I would not be renewing my contract. I was told that under the circumstances, I would be given a 50% refund. Imagine my surprise when that 50% became 100%.

Like me, Duplicator seem to put people first. THANK YOU.

I have been using Duplicator for about 11 years as a Wordpress developer. It's ease of use is far superior to anything else I have tried. I get solid reliable backups and uploading a newly developed site to a client domain takes so little time. I have total comfort that if something happened to a site I could have it back up and running on a clean db with a clean backup within 15 minutes. The product is solid and reliable. The support team if/when needed is always responsive. I am super cautious about the plugins I add to a client site but I would never develop/maintain a Wordpress site without Duplicator.
