I had to contact support twice, twice I was lucky to be answered by Anjie.
I was hopeless with domain problems as I bought my domain elsewhere, not on Durable and they could not help me.
She found what I messed up and fixed it for me in no time, probably one of the best CS experiences I had in my life.

Exceptional first support experience
Called because I had a problem logging into my account and Aljohn first guided me and then quickly resolved the issue by deleting duplicate businesses with same name. He went above and beyond without even asking him to. Great first experience with Durable’s support.

Built Trust
Super helpful, even at 6 in the morning. I felt taken care of from the moment I hit send and they solved the issue quickly. I woke up thinking I would NEVER open the app again, and now I definitely feel better about it.

My guide was really professional, and you could tell she enjoyed her work and was proficient at making the client feel comfortable and included in the meeting .
