Loss of a sale

Called in yesterday with my Wife & Daughter to purchase a 21st Birthday ring for my daughter, the Lady assistant was informative & knowledgeable, when we asked if she would be able to do anything about the price, her response was 'I am not a second hand car dealer' , we left feeling embarrassed in front of our daughter, Im surprised to see such a bad attitude in these testing times for retail, we duly purchases at a nearby competitor.

Had a great experience here and couldn’t be happier with how well the engagement ring turned out. I got some great help from Tom and Caroline, didn’t really know what I was looking for when I first went in and left with the perfect ring and a lot of well needed knowledge. Was a great all round experience and would recommend Durrants to anyone.

Durrants of London always provide a friendly, personal and first class service. Whether it has been a diamond ring, diamond jewellery or watches Durrants have always exceeded my expectations for exceptional quality at an honest and extremely competitive price. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Helpful, professional, friendly and they do great work. Have used them numerous times for custom design work and have never been disappointed.

Amazing

Amazing service, very clear and friendly Caroline and Tom are. I am a novice at jewellery and working with Durrants of London made that irrelevant. They gave me all the information required to make a decision.
Highly recommended and will be a repeat customer for sure.

Fantastic service & products

Very pleased with the service and purchase! Extremely professional, very informative and provided a high level of customer service which gained my trust. I purchased an engagement ring from Durrants, and both myself and my fiancée are incredible happy!
