Great products with great quality!!

Its the third time i have ordered something from durunaru.com. Two weeks have passed and my order still hasn't been shipped. My email is getting ignored from the costumer service. Its a shame because i would love to order even more in the future but i am not sure anymore because of the bad costumer service...

I used to buy from this shop on Etsy however I couldn't find their shop anymore, so I checked and found they now have a website. I purchased on the 25th November and received it on the 4th December which was only 7 working days so super fast! Product came in super great condition and well packed! Would definitely purchase again as they have great stock!

This is my first purchase from durunaru and I'm glad I found them. They have very unique items that is hard to find in USA. All the items are 100% legit. I didn't have to go to Japan to get it! shipping was pretty fast to USA only took 8 business days and the price was accessible for brand items.

Never using this site again. I had to send an email twice to get a response about tracking. I was told there was a delay because of a storm, but that same day they shipped out the package. It was misleading. This was over a week again now, and I JUST got the tracking number available on the site it hasn't shipped out. Other ksites, which to be clear also overcharge because they're resellers, like mochi things and fallindesign have the same items for much more but I've never had to fight or worry about where my packages were with such a long delay and bad shipping. If my items come in anything less than perfect condition I'm going to my bank and asking for a chargeback, and I've already spoken to them and they've told me it's reasonable, it's shady for a business to function this way.
