Ik had in het begin een probleem met mijn camera, maar ze zijn er meteen op ingesprongen om dit op te lossen. Alles werd heel professioneel afgehandeld en bovendien zonder extra kosten. Ik waardeer hun uitstekende service en inzet enorm — echt een aanrader!

Snelle levering, goed verpakt en een camera die voldoet aan de beschrijving en verwachtingen. De Nikon FE2 inclusief lens is een oude topper en deze had een prima prijs.

De producten goed ontvangen, ik heb een kaartlezer en SD kaart gekocht en alles was in orde, alleen wat vertraging met de levering maar dat kwam volgens mij door PostNL.

Een compacte camera gekocht. Helemaal goed, zoals beschreven.
Helaas was het verkeerde kabeltje mee gestuurd, maar dit is na een mailtje snel en zonder verdere kosten opgelost.

The prices are good, but they advertise a 1 to 3 days delivery, "typically". I even got in touch immediately after placing my order to check if that was going to happened. Still, it took 5 business days for the camera to arrive.

I would also have appreciated to know how easily a "1 to 3 days" delivery could turn into 5 business days. You shouldn't use quick delivery as a selling point if you can't stand for it. I would simply have bought it from someone else.

When I got in touch, they blamed the courier, of course. They said that they had already passed to pick up the order. That could have justified a delay of 1 day, but 3? I bought the camera on a Friday and only got the camera delivered the next Friday.
If you have planned your pick ups baldy, that's an issue you should solve. Not at all my problem as a customer. They also didn't reply my second email.

When the camera finally arrived I found out that the lens lid no longer locks at the fully-open position, so every time I want to take a picture I need to slightly force it open to keep it in place, otherwise I'll miss the shot - obviously, that has happened several times already. I would also have highly appreciated to know the camera had this issue before buying it. But transparent communication really don't seem to be one of their strenghts.

If you want a decent price and nothing else, it might be okay to buy from these guys. I suppose that's all we want at times.

But do expect lousy customer service, delivery delays, potential minor product issues and, apparently, no accountability for their mistakes.

------------ EDIT - One month later -------------

A new person reached out, apologising for the issues and offering a few alternative ways to resolve the camera problem. Shipping it back would be a hassle for me, so I suggested a discount. They initially offered credit for a new purchase, but once I pointed out that this would require me to spend more money in a new product instead of addressing the existing issue, they were flexible enough to simply refund me part of what I had paid for the partially-faulty camera.

I'm overall happy with how the problem was sorted out and hope they improve the way they communicate their shipping policies and product characteristics, as well as how they interact with customers once we reach out. In the ideal scenario, no one needs to lose time with this sort post-sale exchange.

If those improvements happen, I’ll be very happy to buy from them again in the future, since they have decent prices and a good variety of camera models.

Duidelijke communicatie, goeie producten, vriendelijke service, snelle levering.

De indruk gewekt dat ik SanDisk geheugenkaarten bestelde (dat was immers de vertoonde afbeelding) maar voor beide kaarten die ik bestelde een compleet ander merk gekregen. De enige reden dat ik hier bestelde was voor originele SanDisk SD kaarten, dus ik ben enigszins teleurgesteld.

Package got lost so I unfortunately didn’t receive a camera in time for my trip. Customer service has arranged for me to receive another camera to resolve the issue. So its a happy ending.
