Even Rain Could Not Ruin My Buying Experience
I never ordered true Cuban cigars online. I always bought them when traveling or when friends came from Canada. The cigars arrived fresh and dry. I mention dry because the delivery company left it outside in the rain and the outside box got soaked. The whole shipment was sealed and each box was sealed so everything was perfect. Deliver took longer than I hoped but that is because I was so anxious to smoke them and I buy almost everything using Amazon prime so I am spoiled. This place offers real Cuban cigars at prices cheaper than duty free shops

First I want to say customer service and communication was amazing! Damian was quick to respond to all my questions. Received my package in roughly 24 days to an FPO/APO address. Very fast for the location being sent. Packaging was above and beyond. Everything ordered was vacuum sealed and protected very well. All legitimate seals and barcodes were exactly were they were supposed to be. 100% real Habanos. This is my go to site from here on out!

Edit: First package came in today package was great packed safely and shipping was fast. They are now resting in the humidor. Sorry for not being patience Damian but thanks for being understanding two thumbs up.

Would order again...
Ditto as others have said when ordering on/around the hurricane; a bit of a delay, but emails were timely and overall satisfied with the purchase. I like that boxes are vacuum sealed...if the boxes aren't - but that's really not a big deal; I understand why boxes are often opened (and it really doesn't matter with whom you're ordering Cuban cigars...more often than not, the box with be opened.
I would purchase again fro DFCC, as their prices are very competitive and they seem to have more of the 'hard to find' vitolas than other retailers.

It took 20 days from placement of order …
It took 20 days from placement of order to delivery to my door so not great but not bad either. I’m sure however the hurricane in the east have a little to do with that as well. Great communication however as I was updated every step of the way. Boxes were not sealed as stated but since I was buying them for myself and not as a gift it wasn’t much of a problem. Damian however did apologize for that and promise future orders would be better. Overall would buy from again.
