Ever since Omega joined Dwyer, it's been bad really bad. Quality is in the toilet, lead times are months at a time...

Dwyer sent me a defective unit. I sent it back long ago and they are dragging their feet on the return. The returns department doesn't take phone calls---you can only leave voicemails that they don't return. Customer support wont deal with returns at all. Terrible experience. Will not buy from them again.

When I sent a defective unit Dwyer would not ever look at it because I had changed the port by using another method of connecting air. The inside parts were defective not the case. They sent the defective units back and charged me 4 times the normal postal cost. i have been buying these products for 50 years but am quited irritated with this action.

Nepotism at its worst... Woke company and shoves the pride agenda in your face

The sensors I bought worked well, although the manuals and IFUs were dated and in a small-enough font that I needed to read the documentation through my phone camera. Their tech support is very good. However their customer support and credit departments are letting them down. I cancelled one order weeks ago, but the charge is still showing on my card statement as pending. I also sent some parts back in February, unused, in the original packaging, AND bought some replacement parts from them, FOR MORE MONEY, but they still haven't issued a refund.

In May 2024 i ordered two PSW-536 sensors. Both arrived quickly - however, both were defective. I sent them back - and in Aug, 2024, i received the received the warranty replacements. 2 different units were returned - 1 Worked (the original was replaced with a different model), 1 did not (the original was replace with the same PSW-536 model). I have contacted them multiple times - but to date - 5 MONTHS LATER - i have not received a replacement unit - nor have i received a reply

we may have missed the return label / communication but the quick response was much appreciated. And so we were able to send back our Dwyer instrument for calibration. thank you for the quick response.

Marlo was a great help navigating your website. Helped me through the whole process of sending in two gages for calibration. Vey patient and knowledgeable.

Normally everything is great- I do like the website but cannot log in to it right now...

Great Customer Service, without a doubt. fast shipping and great products,. had an issue with a product that id use for my powder coating oven, had a bad temp sensor, customer service sent a RMA and took care of business with professional assistance and taking care of the issue with no hesitation Thank you Dwyers...

Have used Dwyer instruments level transducers in the past and they seem to be a fair price along with a good product. Haven't had problems with them until they have had many years in use.
