They start all nice with you then when you question documents they’ve falsified they get quite nasty and try pressure you to do it. ‘Everyone does it’ that’s what they say. ‘Thanks for your time I suppose sorry for trying to help you sort your debts’. They pressure you more over the phone if you say no so texts are better. I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone. I’ve never known such weird customer service. Will stay on phone with you for ages will get back to you asap then as soon as you refuse to put forward the false documents they’ve created they’re seriously unprofessional. Mardy is the best word, and I’ve NEVER experienced that at any company EVER. I hope they get shut down. They’re taking advantage of vulnerable people for their own paycheck. It’s disgusting they couldn’t care less about you it’s all just a show until you question them. If you’re looking at this review avoid this company completely, don’t give them the chance to put you in an even worse situation and nobody deserves their crap service. They’re the definition of mardy teenagers. I’d give less stars if it was possible. They’re happy for you to be locked up for the falsified info. They will only explain all this over the phone not text because they want to cover their back. When they put you through to the person they have directed you to you have to go through the documents. Meaning it would be YOU and only YOU that has a recorded discussion with a third party that’s fraud as that’s what they’ve told you to do. Even on the call they say has anyone asked you to falsify information. So this company just wants you to break the law to suit them. They don’t actually say no sorry there’s not much I can do with that so you can look for options elsewhere , they would rather you break the law for their pockets. It’s disgusting, they really are taking advantage of vulnerable people encouraging them, no telling them, to break the law. I hope they get shut down.

Got in contact with them in hopes of getting help but when they sent over the pdf showing my income and expenditures, some of it was falsified so that I fit the criteria and when asked if it would be classed as fraud they got all defensive and argued with me, when I told them I no longer wanted any help and that I was going to pay my bills on my own accord the arguing got worse and tried using scaring tactics at one point saying that they hope I’ve got the money to pay my loans otherwise “if not you will have your creditor bailiffs hounding you” these guys aren’t even authorised to provide debt help whatsoever, stay well clear

They talked a good game, but altered documents to make me fit for an iva then passed me through to another company who found out,

if you need debt help youre better going to stepchange or someone thats regulated, these tik tok guys just want their fees paying,

Liam was amazing at helping with my IVA. I was so nervous about the whole process and so desperate and he answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly and guided me through the whole process. I feel financially free after years of crippling debt! I’d highly recommend, the process was so quick and easy

After spending 2 days speaking with Maureen, sending documents in. To be told to say the information she put on the pdf document was all correct and it will go through.
Well some of the information was not right. There was no way I was gonna commit fraud.
When i question it, I was told she can't help me.

After a video on TikTok; not being able to sleep properly and jumping and feeling sick at every unknown call that came through; I decided to contact Dylan and how grateful I am; I was assigned to Syed, the first phone call; we laughed, we chatted, he never once judged me, and he gave me 5 minutes to calm down after I burst into tears. He assured me no matter what he was going to help me, we went through everything I could remember; and for the first time that night I slept, Syed has talked me through everything gently; made sure I’ve never felt alone, and now in 5 years time I will be able to fully give my children the life they deserve.
The whole process has been gentle, safe, non judgemental and easy, I’m so so grateful.
For the first time in around 4 years: I’ve been able to breathe again. Thank you, wholeheartedly. Thank you.

Great service received from start to finish, which made the process feel like it was all handled for me. I was scared about this when I first reached out but Dylan and his team helped ease my fears. I'm now on the road to becoming debt free and can sleep at night finally after years of restless nights over these debts.

thankful for everything Mia and Dylan did for me and the family. Now I'm in IVA my quality of life will be so much better. avoided the bankruptcy and only have to pay £80p/m for the next 5 years. Gives me hope that the debts are being taken care of while I look for a new job. Fingers crossed
