After reviewing your order, I can confirm that your DNA sample was received at our lab on February 11th, 2025, and your report was completed on March 7th, 2025 (the say day this review was left). This time falls within our standard turnaround time of approximately 3 weeks from the date of sample receipt.

It’s possible the notification that your results are ready was sent to your spam/junk folder. Please reach out to us at info@dynamicdnalabs.com so we can make sure you have everything you need. We truly appreciate your purchase and look forward to resolving this for you.

This aligns perfectly with our standard turnaround time of 3 weeks from the sample's arrival at our lab. You should have received several emails regarding the status of your sample and results. In many cases, these companies are estimating ancestry and may represent regions or countries differently.
