Great experience with Dynamic Heaters. Brilliant customer service from start to finish - very comprehensive initial appointment and then the fitters were very efficient and clear when explaining how the radiators work with the app. Still figuring out the optimum temperatures and how long to have them on but loving having a warm home.

I love my new heating system and water heater - everything went well from first contact, initial assessment and fitting. I love the app which allows me to be in control and fits well with my control freakishness!!! 😜👍

I recently purchased an Electric Radiator from Dynamic Heaters and had the opportunity to view it in their showroom beforehand. From this viewing to the actual fitting my overall impression was of a most professional company who clearly put their customers first. All of the employees I met from sales to fitting were so courteous and professional and were clean and tidy workers and punctual. I would have no concerns in recommending this company to anyone. They say you get what you pay for in this life and although the radiators were more expensive than other types I looked at, the quality shines through and I am so very glad I chose Dynamic Heaters.

It was a major decision, to try and renovate an aged and inefficient gas heating system or turn to all electric heating. It was news about the dicey future of gas boilers etc that helped us decide to go all electric.
The next choice was whether to use different contractors to do parts of the job or use a company that provided an integrated service. We decided to get quotes that gave us an integrated service.
After obtaining several quotes we opted to use Dynamic Heaters.
Liam, the Technical Manager, thoroughly surveyed our property and assessed the requirements room by room. He explained all the technical details of the heaters and the Smarthub internet control app.
The installation was over 3 days. The Plumbing team removed the radiators and the visible pipework and installed a new pressurised hot water system. Max and Rees took care of all the necessary electrical upgrades and fitted the new heaters. They were all extremely polite and helpful. The work was completed without fuss or damage and all rubbish was cleared from site.
The new heaters are so easy to use and can very easily be programmed to suit requirements in each room. The Smarthub allows control when away from home.
Overall we are very satisfied with the service and the outcome.

100% recommend. From start to finish Dynamic Heaters were excellent and much better than larger companies in this market. The finished product is also excellent and very user friendly, particularly the app.

From the initial presentation from Liam, where he went through everything and explained it all very clearly, to the installation by Max (with some help from Liam) who went above and beyond on the day. He tidied up after himself and everything was left spotless. He then went through everything on the app and explained it all thoroughly, so that I was left feeling happy and confident using it. I have since tried the heating system and am so happy to be nice and toasty in my flat Thanks guys! I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Delighted with the new radiators installed and were competitively priced compared to others who we asked to quote. Our home is warmer and electric bills are much more controllable now for our heating with the excellent phone app Oliver, Liam, Max and team were helpful and friendly and the work was completed to budget and on time. After sales service very good with a follow up snag visit. I would certainly use them again.

I would recommend Dynamic Heaters if you want an extremely professional service from a friendly team of guys who know what they are doing, who replace your heating system with minimum disruption (they worked around me working from home without any issues) and the only evidence of them being here was beautiful new radiators. We were new to the Area and wanted a Professional Local Company to replace our outdated Dimplex Storage Heaters. Liam did an excellent presentation and spent a long time showing us the whole system even bringing a miniature version of the radiator to show how hot the system was.

The fitters were lovely. Knew exactly what they were doing with the minimum of disruption and exceptionally clean, even bringing their own Henry hoover with them.

The Heaters look lovely and compliment our Apartment. If you are thinking of replacing your Heating System you should certainly use Dynamic Heaters. The whole team were excellent and the follow up brilliant. A big thank you to them all.

The engineers installed a super system with App management. They were efficient, professional and amusing. A job very well done.

Well what can I say. Everything was perfect down to the customer service provided by Oliver to the boys that installed the heaters - absolutely fantastic. I used to have ugly storage heaters which were uncontrollable. Not anymore now with these new elegant heaters that look the part and are extremely easy to use in order to plan a schedule with the help of a simple app on the phone. I shall highly recommend Dynamic Heaters to anyone. You'll get nothing but 110 per cent. Thanks again guys for your inspired service.
