What was meant to be efficient….
What was meant to be a better and more effective service ended up being more expensive and ineffective. Moved to get more alignment of accounts within Xero system, this never happened. Tried to charge me for this when it was advised it would be resolved as part the on-boarding service. Not happy gone back to previous accountants.

Thank you for your feedback.
I would like to clarify that the Xero clean-up agreed during onboarding was completed as part of our initial service.
However, your engagement did not include ongoing monthly bookkeeping, which is a separate, chargeable service, which was included in your emails and Letter Of Engagement that you signed.
As communicated at the time, you continued to request day-to-day bookkeeping assistance from our team but did not wish to pay for this additional work.
Unfortunately, we cannot reasonably commit hours, or potentially days, of staff time to services that fall outside an agreed engagement without charging for them.
We offer a comprehensive bookkeeping service to clients who choose our Premium package, and naturally, those clients pay for that additional support.
We always aim to provide excellent value, but this also requires a clear understanding of which services are included within the agreed fees.

This is really good company for online e-commerce sales via Amazon, Etsy etc. They take care of my bookeeping, vat & payroll as well. Recommended!

Great company for my amazon business
Great company, been with eAccounts for 2 years. They setup Xero and A2X for my Amazon business making things a lot easier.
