Due to my lack of computing skills, I was struggling to get Microsoft Office activated. I contacted customer services by email, who were very prompt replying and were very helpful, however I was still unable to get the activation required. I phoned up customer service and spoke to Lennie. He was a great help and made the activation look easy (as it should have been without my involvement). Thanks again Lennie!

i purchased a Microsoft Office via Wowcher and found I had an issue with the telephone registration. As I had already deleted my old outlook I couldn't easily email. Unlike most software websites, I found the phone number very easily and spoke to Support (Lennie) who was very helpful and soon had me sorted with the correct information and a link to Microsoft help page that I would have taken an age to find. He also followed up to check that all was ok with me. Great service from real people.
