They still owe me money for translations and they still keep ignoring my e-mails. This company has some terrible communication with their translators - the project managers just ignore everything.

Ich bin mit dem Kundenservice von Kern sehr zufrieden. Die Mitarbeitenden waren stets freundlich, kompetent und haben mein Anliegen professionell bearbeitet. Zwar waren die Wartezeiten etwas länger als erwartet, dennoch bin ich mit dem Ergebnis und dem gesamten Ablauf zufrieden. Ich werde Kern auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

I've been collaborating with KERN and providing translation services to them for years now. They are fully legit, and they will never demand an upfront payment from their vendors. Their project managers are professional and competent, and they usually cooperate with reputable end clients. The downsides are their extended payment period (60 days after the invoice date) and relatively low rates, given the fact that they're based in Germany and collaborating with major market players. But the overall experience is positive. After all, it is the vendor who decides whether to accept the rates and payment terms or not.
