Order kept getting declined saying I was over 50. Clearly can’t do maths. Eventually received order and when I’ve come to reorder as supply is running out they are declining. This means my original order of nearly £50 is pointless as you have to keep using. Terrible customer service. Avoid this company. There are much better companies than this with no hassle. Go elsewhere.

i would not recommend them at all stay away.

i wanted to buy two boxes of Amoxicillin 500mg Capsules and Metronidazole 400mg which may i add are completely over priced by 90% you can get 100 capsules for £15 i paid £23.96 just for 15 tablets the industry is a ripp off your better going to a chinese or Thailand pharmacy online which i ended up buying for much cheaper for 100 tablets of both Amoxicillin 500mg Capsules and Metronidazole 400mg

anyway after i paid got an email stating:

Your order es-1781910 has been placed on hold
order on hold. Because you’ve recently taken antibiotics for the same dental infection

this was a big fat lie never had this before ever ordered from them or anybody else before.

i emailed them they stated: treatment, our guidelines dictate that we can only prescribe 1 course of antibiotics at a time.

too much hassle to buy from them, they could have just sent it off as a one off no one would have known. plus it is way over priced anyway makes no sense, i just end up going to the chinese pharmacy online got 100 for less.

its best people take advantage of the NHS and get it cheaper as well.

Very poor experience – delayed medical order and unprofessional service

I had a very disappointing experience with this service.

I ordered treatment for vaginal thrush and completed all required medical questions, including providing personal identification. However, my order was placed on hold without any clear communication.

When I contacted customer support to ask about the delivery, instead of answering my question, I was asked to repeat the same medical questions again. This was frustrating and unnecessary.

This is a time-sensitive medical issue, and the delay caused significant discomfort. I had also paid for Royal Mail tracked delivery expecting a prompt service.

Instead of resolving the issue, my order was suddenly cancelled and refunded, and the conversation was ended abruptly. This felt unprofessional and dismissive.

Overall, very poor communication and handling of a medical order. I would not recommend.

Really don't appreciate this! now I will get sick and possibly die due to your negligence.

I had a dental problem and couldn’t get a dentist appointment but knew I needed antibiotics so I ordered amoxicillin from Esurgery.
I was asked sensible questions about my needs and my health and I was able to order it the medication.
Pleased to report they did the job and my infection had cleared and I’m seeing my dentist next week.
Great prompt service and delivery and I would use again if needed.

Ordered my inhalers through e-surgery and this was very simple to do. They checked my eligibility and asked me a few health questions and then dispensed my inhalers. Top quality and professional service. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Have been emailing them with an order problem now for over two weeks and never get a response. Cannot beleive how much money i have spent with them over the past few months (Mounjaro) and they cannot be bothered to answre a simple email - whats going on? I would say to new customers _ Go elsewhere!!!!
