After purchasing their app. and even join their telegram: eaforexstore999. Initially their so call Robot chat (human) did response giving excuses that their EA version no need input to using specified IC Market Demo..
after configure..still same error.. "unit reason 3". It's a dummy Expert Trader 4 app mimic peoples. However doesn't work.

Got reply from the main vendor LeapFX saying they're confirm really scammers.

I purchased an EA called Golden Hen EA MT5 on the website in January. However, three months have passed and the team has not sent me the EA or refunded my money. I have repeatedly requested assistance but have received no response. My payment of 180 US dollars is also unrecoverable. Order Details

Что, я могу сказать. Заказал у них советник Tom Scalper mt5. Заплатил 100$. Групоя закупка. Я жду уже больше месяца, пока все закупят. Но по сей день жду. Что я замел, это мошенничество 100%. Они берут деньги но ничего не продвигается, деньги морозятся, а дальше они предложат купить какой-нибудь хлам их сайта, когда типа групповая закупка не сработает. Это мошенники 100% ребята не покупайте у них, ничего. НИКОГДА НИ ЧЕГО НЕ ПОКУПАЙТЕ У НИХ. ОНИ МОШЕННИКИ 100%. ПОТРАТИТЕ ДЕНЬГИ НА ЧТО-НИБУДЬ ПОЛЕЗНОЕ. ЭТО ПРОСТО ТВАРИ. ГОРЕТЬ ИМ В ОДУ. 

I would highly recommend buying a ea from these guys ea is exactly the same as the geniune one and at a massive discount, the provider even helped me set it up as its a different way to normal 10/10 service

I paid for membership and could not work out how to apply it.
So i ended up qith wasted $199.
And buying the ea,s for money dispite having membership.
Support did not respond.

No shipment, and no reply either.

Tried 1 month membership and ofcource you can't download any good EA but you can download any rubbish EA they not profitable or not working. contacted the team ask for a refund or only one good working EA and the answer is NO. So you really don't know which EA are free for download till you buy the useless membership.

With this package, I save at least 70% compared to buying separately.

this company steal you money, never send me the product!

I bought EA for MT5, there was a successful transfer confirmation. But after 2 days I did not receive the product. Although I contacted many times but it was meaningless

First buy BTC AI EA in usd 78. Later on team said that it is group buy and you can use when there is team I need instantly. They say refund will process after 3 month. Then with additional payment of USD 100. Team provided me BTC algo trading 2.1. BTS was on 15800 on sep 14 it was placing sell stop trades at 15167 with target of 13800 with SL of 15500. It is sugesting trades 8-10 pts far. On opening of trade BTC go down till 14800 and Sl triggered later on. In second trade now BTC is on 14800 and it has placed trade buy stop at 16300 with target of 16800 BTC is at 15000. It is placing trades too far. Not so useful. I have esclated it to team and insisted for refund. As per website refund policy Website will not refund amount they will provide two number of additional EA. EA given to me is of no use I spent USD 178. Now team is not responding I have send them email and Telegram msges but no response. Feeling frustrated with such issues..
I have also contacted maker of this EA @losgroup. He is not ready to set right this EA and saying this website is scammer and try to modify his EA but not able to delete his name and telegram from EA. He is selling same EA in usd550. Very bad experience.

After completing the payment, I never received the product credentials by email.
I checked spam/junk folders and even created the email address I mistakenly typed during checkout, but still no credentials arrived.

I contacted EA FX Store via:
• Email (eafxstore.com) → no reply
• Phone / WhatsApp (+1 470-462-2201) → messages not delivered
• Sent screenshots of payment and order confirmation as proof

Unfortunately, I received no response at all.

Because of this, I had to open a dispute with Revolut and provide all evidence (transaction, order ID, email attempts).

⚠️ Warning to others: Be careful before purchasing. If support does not respond, you may risk paying and receiving nothing.

I made a $100 main slot order and they cancelled my order saying that the item I purchased wasn’t available anymore, so they offered me a credit on their store. I sent countless emails asking to simply be refunded as I didn’t want any credit on their store. They just don’t reply…

I bought a robot from Eafxstore, the POW_BANKER_EA_v8.991, but unfortunately, I had a problem right from the start. The file I received came encrypted in a way that my computer cannot open, move, or use. When trying to copy it to the MetaTrader 5 folder, Windows returns this error:

"Error 0x80071772: The specified file is encrypted and the user cannot decrypt it."

I contacted support (or: I am waiting for a response from support), but so far I have not been able to use the robot I purchased. From what I researched, this type of encryption (EFS) is tied to the computer where the file was created, meaning it can only be used on that system. This prevented me from installing it on my own MT5 terminal. The support is good and they refunded my money.
