Shaun has completed several Level 3 Home Surveys for me over the years, and the level of detail and professionalism he provides is second to none. His reports are incredibly thorough, giving me complete confidence in making informed decisions.

What really sets Shaun apart is his willingness to provide follow-up advice after the survey. No question is ever too much trouble, and his guidance has been invaluable with our current property.

I’ve had surveys done before, but none have been anywhere near as detailed or thorough as the one carried out by Eagle Surveyors.
The level of detail on every part of the property was exceptional, and everything was backed up with clear, annotated photographs, making the report incredibly easy to follow and understand.
I also opted for the drone roof survey, which was absolutely worth the small additional cost. It revealed roof and chimney defects that would never have been spotted otherwise—issues that could have caused significant damage down the line. Thanks to these findings, we were able to renegotiate the purchase price by £10,000.

Overall, I couldn’t recommend Eagle Surveyors highly enough. If you’re still unsure, simply compare one of their reports with another provider’s—the difference is huge.

We used Shaun twice to survey two properties, one of which was the property we purchased. Shaun was very professional and thorough in his work. He took the time to phone me and explain the survey report. He also arranged access promptly and didn’t delay the buying process in any way. My brother also used Shaun and recommended him to us.
