Rachel explained the procedure fully so I knew what to expect. She made a real effort to put myself at ease and was a pleasure to have in my home. The treatment was surprisingly relaxing. She got a good result and my ears feel great. I’ll definitely go to Ear Harmony again and would highly recommend Rachel to everyone. Thank you.

Visit from Rachel having been recommended by a nurse at the surgery. Very professional and I learnt a lot. Removed wax from ears painlessly and gave me tips on how to possibly improve my situation, would definitely recommend her.

Very impressed. I had a home visit to my home in Lancing. Rachel removed the earwax by a painless suction machine, that had a camera so she can see exactly what she is doing. All this was done in 20 minutes. Rachel has a professional nurse manner. Very happy with the results. Would 100% recommend.

I contacted Rachel as I had hearing loss in one ear due to wax build up. Rachel was able to fit me in for an appointment the very next day! She was so friendly and professional and explained to me exaclty what was going to happen. Thanks to Rachel I'm now able to hear properly again after having hearing loss for over a week. What an amazing service, Rachel had to return twice to get rid of very stubborn wax, told me what she was doing all the time. I had suffered for ages with hearing loss but now after a lot of ear drops etc have got full hearing back.

Rachel came today to unblock my Dad’s ears. What a fabulous service. Rachel responded quickly, squeezed me in a last minute appointment. She was punctual, she made my Dad feel at ease.
