Friendly and professional

I managed to book a same day appointment after stupidly getting the tip of a cotton bud lodged in my ear. Leighann (Stepps Branch) was not only very knowledgeable, but very friendly too. She immediately put me at ease and explained the procedure. She also gave me very good advice on ways to combat the dry skin inside my ears and all in all, I was very happy with the treatment I received.

Thanks Kinza great service, explaining very clearly how and what was going to happen. Clearing the wax made a big difference in hearing and maybe my balance as well.

Having suffered for 8 months and tried a different clinic previously, Diane and the team were amazing, immediately put at ease and very knowledgeable explanations. First time I have had my ears syringedand at South Queensferry by Linday, it was a complely painless experience. I was given photos of how me ears looked before and after they were cleaned. Every step of the procedure was explained.

My daughter was nervous about this procedure. Sinead spent lots of time reassuring her and explaining procedure step by step. Excellent manner and clear ears! Thank you !

I was welcomed in. I was given a full explanation of what was happening and shown photos. I could hear when I left so was able to return to work just after. Return appointment showed I had eustachian dysfunction. This was explained with a diagram. I was advised on treatment and exercises to fix this. I cannot recommend my care and treatment high enough. Thank you.

Good visit to Hill House Clinic, Kinza Mirza dealt with me and was very professional. Ears just got a brief hoover as was not blocked as first thought being my left ear which is cause of the strange noises that are intermittent in nature. So good news did not have blocked ear due to earwax but after further investigation with GP would appear to have an inner ear canal blockage preventing the natural cleansing process clearing which has resulted in the use of a nasal spray which can be used for up to 6 months although may take 2-3 weeks to see any relief from the symptoms.. 👍

The experience was professional, effortless and seamless. Lindsay, supported by her trainee Aileen provided a welcoming friendly and effective service. Delighted with the result. Would highly recommend to others.

Overall experience was excellent. Booking easy syringing worked well and hearing much improved after. Well explaining procedure and friendly Dianne doing it.

Recently visited the clinic and had Sinead clean my ears. She was fabulous. Very knowledgeable and talked me through the process. Ears feel so much better since I’ve been! Thanks! ☺️

Lovely staff, I've been going for a few yrs now and never any issues. Parking isn't the best though, loads of staff parking shared with other businesses but not too many customer spaces.
The staff member always check everything is ok throughout and chat away which I like. Bit of a pain I can't go through the NHS and now have to pay, but plan B has worked out well. I'll keep going. Thanks guys 👍☺️

First time visiting the stepps branch of ears clinic and I must say I was immensely impressed by the whole process and the outcome. Booking process, easy online forms, no hassle at all. On the day of appointment it was very informative every step of the process, painless and was done in around 30 minutes overall, Lindsay was looking after me on the appointment, and she was very professional throughout, knowledgeable and a credit to your team at Ears clinic. I have recommended your service to friends and family who were intrigued to see how I got on, human tester by the looks of it lol. They all want to attend and have their ears taken care of aswell. Overall 5/5 tremendous service

I went on Monday for my appointment with Lindsay at the stepps branch! I was so at ease! Couldn't believe the wax stuck to my eardrum! Lindsay was lovely chatting through everything she was going to do!! Definitely recommend!

I was experiencing some difficulty with hearing so when I can across the clinic I booked an appointment for Saturday which was really helpful and filled in with my busy schedule. I went to the clinic and the whole experience was excellent. Through listening to my symptoms and using the camera the practitioner was able to identify my hearing issues and give me clear instructions on how to improve my situation. I didn't receive any treatment as the problem was in my eustachian tubes. Everything was thoroughly explained, pictures shared and emailed. I was very happy with the service I received.
