I scheduled a meeting with Michael after getting a recommendation from a friend, I left the meeting with much more clarity on what areas I needed to improve on and his advice gave me a much better sense of direction. I look forward to our next meeting!

My time with Michael was fantastic. I'd been pondering my future steps, having had a hard time finding suitable employment. Upon discovering ECA and meeting Michael, I quickly understood what adjustments were necessary after just one session. Now, with newfound enthusiasm for what's ahead, I'm close to landing an ideal job, an achievement that seemed out of reach before ECA and Michael's valuable advice. I wholeheartedly endorse them.
