Can’t even email EarnOS even though that’s the first thing that pops up on their “support” page. Every email get blocked automatically. What? Also in app support is terrible and clearly AI even though it persists it’s a person 😂😂.

Their tracking is a joke. Just as useless as that “Diana” Bot that I was chatting with in support. Literally had atleast 5 missions that didn’t even give me the reward for installing it even though I had already completed 6-7 levels/ deposited 10 bucks.

Im not kidding, every offer I did that involved subscriptions/ in app payments I didn’t get, one was purchasing some weird dog food for my dog for $19 when ERO said it would give me $58 for it…. Gave up after two weeks of every other offer getting stalled and the useless “Diana” Bot not doing anything

Just stay away from it, total scam artists at work here, the fact that they blocked all my emails and intentionally made me talk with some useless robot named “Diana” is just infuriating me so much. I wish they could get sued. Please report this app is a SCAM!!

I completed their Jackpota mission which requires signing up and depositing $10 and playing it through. Of course the choices are to deposit $9.99 or $19.99, so I deposited the $19.99 and played through. It is advertised as an instant $30 reward. The reward showed as claimable immediately. I attempted to claim the reward and received a message "claim failed". I tried force closing and checking to see if my app is up to date. When that did not work, I contacted support. I was met with a message from "Irene" which stated there was an issue with their payment processing system and it would be resolved in 24 hours. I waited the 24 hours and still received the same message. I contacted support again and I was met with a message from "Edwin" which stated that it would be an additional 24-48 hours. I wait 48 hours, and still receive the same error that my claim has failed. I contact support again and no response for over a day. Finally, I receive another message from "Edwin" that they just have too many support tickets and he will personally update me as soon as the development team is able to work things out. I have reached out a couple of times and there is no timeline of when I will be able to claim my reward, however I should take comfort that they understant my frustration and I should rest assured that my reward is 100% approved. I do not take comfort in that I can't access it. I have reported them through multiple channels and will continue to do so, so others do not fall victim to this.

I had an issue with them. They said that it usually takes 2 to 4 hours to get back to you it took four days and then they only responded to one of the issues I posted. Are we posted the issue and they still haven't got back to me after 5 days.

Do not use this app its a scam. When you sign in to apps you will get a notification saying that your accoint ahs been signed in by your device and then someone elses device

After doing a task and completing everything required I did not get paid. Support is not responding …

All good at first, but only if you use the eVisa in app, the fees to withdraw to bank takes the mick, earn $5 get less than £2.50 after fees, like others ive also hit a wall with them, i was a verified account, earned about £20-25, then all of a sudden my account goes ‘under review’, spoke with support, was told 24-48hours as it was just a sync issue, 5 working days later, nothing…so ive removed connections & am deleting the account, a pure gpt scam, like the rest, all good with pence payouts, but start getting earning ££s, youll get blocked, re-reviewed or even accused of fraud…eff GPT & eff ERO 👏👏

really great app, they pay out well, and best of all these guys are always on the hunt to to solve any problems you may face in the app, it is in an early stage but that's okay. after everything they have done for me they deserve my 5 stars.

Non-functional app; customer service very poor.

You basically sell your data and they don’t pay. They keep finding excuses after excuses.

Ive earned $26 on it and been able to spend the cash through their digital wallet so it is legit. You can earn money from simple tasks here, which is great, theres some issues like phone FPS going down a lot and overheating your phone, other ui issues. Also a lot of people including myself cannot withdraw through bank which is a big issue. If these issues get fixed the app will be great and I'll change the review accordingly.
