Jamie was the most helpful person. Yes this is an app but it’s humans talking behind the messages, quick responses, zoom calls, phone calls, emails, nothing was too much trouble. I will absolutely use this app again for a tax return, why would you ever spend so much with an accountant when this app does the same thing in such a simple manner! Easy way to attach bank account for income and expenses, £99.99 service, all in all, seamless

Not only is the app a fantastic idea for stress free self assessment tax submissions , but the guys working on it couldn’t be more helpful , friendly and responding in minutes to any queries . For someone that detests filling out forms and isn’t an accountant this couldn’t have been an easier process . I would recommend earnr to everyone and wish the team every success !

The ease of use and the support I’ve received is unbelievable! I’m so glad I found this app. It’s taken the fear and stress out of a tax return. I recommend this to anyone who dreads a tax return!

Took a short time to get the hang of but simple and easy to use. If you’re not a big earnr this seems a fabulous time saver for the paperwork adverse!

This year was the first time I'd ever had to do a tax return and was pointed towards Earnr. Their App is really well laid out, very functional and easy to navigate. Their Helpdesk/chat function was so quick and I always had answers to my questions straight away. A big shout out to Jamie who filled in and helped me submit my tax return - it is a weight off my shoulders and you made the whole process seamless.

This app was amazing and made tax returns so much easier! Jamie from Earnr was super helpful. This was my first time doing a tax return and he offered to call me and talk me through it. We are a partnership which they don’t unfortunately deal with however they offered me a solution and are referring me to an accountant.

Had no clue when it came to doing a tax return and was dreading it! This app helped me so much and the support is outstanding!

This was my first year completing tax returns and I had no idea where to start. I came across Earnr through social media and it’s been a massive saviour.

The app is really easy to use and the way it is laid out makes it less formal compared to the gov website. Also, I had a virtual meeting with someone from Earnr who walked me through what was required which I found extremely helpful.

Great service and friendly helpful people.

100% recommend!! especially if just starting out, as tax can be such a daunting thing to do. Jamie helped me though, every step of the way with no hassle. Will be using this app every tax year now. Thank you again.

Easy to use app and fantastic support with an issue I had re my own circumstances. And no having to use the awful HMRC website!

I randomly came across this app and have to say they have been brilliant . Jamie has completed everything for my tax return even parts outside of the app . 5 stars

The Application is easy to use, excellent set up and nice to navigate you can also link your bank accounts to automatically record your expenses, the team is always up for any help answering questions straight forward through messages into the app. In some cases they won’t charge you for submitting the taxes In your behalf the app is also for free.
I truly Recommend this service.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Having built in support really takes this app to the next level. Being new to filling out self assessments, this has made the process and absolute breeze. The team were there to help me at 12am!! So so helpful, could not recommend enough!

I recently used earnr to file my first tax return.

Before I found earnr I was a little nervous about my impending tax return. It’s a little scary, not knowing what to expect etc.

I downloaded the app and it’s stupendously easy to use. It was quick, painless and pretty self explanatory!

It took away 90% of the work and did it for me!

Then as a cherry on the top, I received emails, a chat AND a phone call all to check I was all OK, and answer any questions I had!

Overall a truly fantastic app, the experience made paying tax (almost) enjoyable!

Will continue to use the app throughout this year ready for next Year to make it even easier!

The Earnr team was recommended to me when my business was growing and I didn’t have the knowledge or capacity to manage my finances. They have been so helpful in setting me up with the basics to help me keep track of my finances and to make doing my tax return a really easy and accessible process. It’s been a learning curve for me and any questions I’ve had have been answered quickly and professionally.
