Lovely products, I ordered a soap that was out of stock so they gave me lemongrass as an alternative and ear buds as an apology.

This company i started to use over a 2 years ago, i wanted to be a little more environmentally responsible in my product choices.The toothpaste, toothbrushes, hand razors, sponges, other kitchen bits are good quality and last well . I am happy to continue in that use . Perhaps the attempts to expand by trading in some of the other products needs a re assessment but On the whole a good positive service and prompt .

I have emailed earth bits over a week ago about their stick deodorants. The product itself smells ok and probably works but for the fact that the stick sheds bits all over the floor when using it and also under my arm, I have to rub it in. As it is waxy , I was horrified to find this out when staying with a friend as it ended up all over her carpet. After putting g clothes on , I noticed some of the waxy product had transferred to my clothes and showed marks.I have now been put off using this without standing near a bin or wearing anything dark. As I bought 2 of these it is even worse. I have NEVER heard back from the company or received an acknowledgement, they have just ignored me. I would not buy again , there are other natural product firms who have better manners
