Thank you for your feedback and for being a loyal customer. We’re genuinely pleased to know your two Vizsla boys are enjoying their third set of beds from us! We’re sorry that the delivery timing didn’t meet your expectations ahead of Christmas. December is our busiest month, and as a small manufacturer making all beds in-house in small batches, our lead times are longer during peak periods. We do aim to be as transparent as possible about this: our site and order confirmation emails note our delivery timeframe of 15 business days, and we appreciate your acknowledgement that we kept you informed throughout the process. Thank you again for your patience and your continued trust in our beds. We hope your boys enjoy many cosy naps ahead.

And we have to say, your cat has excellent taste! The fact that she’s barely left her new spot (except for essential snack breaks, ofc) is the best compliment we could ask for. We've come to discover our beds are loved by many feline customers, too!
