The product has NOT BEEN DELIVERED AS…

The product has NOT BEEN DELIVERED AS PROMISED after several weeks and an email saying the problem had been solved…
If it isn’t delivered within 48 hours I will cancel the product and request my payment via my credit card is cancelled immediately.

Thank you for flagging this, and sorry for the frustration caused by the delay. To clarify the timeline for anyone reading this: your original order was delayed after it was lost in transit at a Royal Mail sorting centre, which was outside of our control. As soon as we identified this, we sent a replacement order at no extra cost, and our tracking shows this order was delivered.

We responded to each of your emails within 24 hours throughout, and we're sorry the experience still felt slow on your end despite our efforts to resolve and respond.

HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER

HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER - Ordered on the 16th with express delivery!! Heard nothing for a week so messaged and asked where there order is and they told me they have a delay with their bottles at customs.
Not a me problem and have not been given any indications when I’ll receive my order, have messaged them twice since to ask how long and when I will receive my order and had no response! Still without my order 👍🏽

Quality product

This is my 2nd time purchasing from the company. The ingredients are high quality. The product works really great. The first large bottle last me almost 2 years.

After having to cancel subscription, due to the uforeseen death of my wife. Earthy cancelled and refunded my last payment.

We have searched through our emails and we couldn't find anything under your name requesting for your subscription to be cancelled.

We have now cancelled the subscription, we have also refunded the last order in full, and we can confirm that you won't be charged for any future orders.
