Great Service and Very Professional.

My treatment was so efficient. The doctor was kind and understanding.

I had to remove my ear wax and feel always worried about the procedure as I usually faint. It was great experience at the clinic, they have a bed to lie down , which is a must for me in order not to faint . everything went so well , pain free and smooth. I felt I could trust the doctor. Friendly receptionist and easy booking system . I been there couple of times already to remove the wax and for this reason I highly recommend the clinic .

Short lead in to the appointment, the actual appointment was carried out quickly with the blockage cleared efficiently. All in all great service.

This is the second time I've used Ear Wax Solutions. It was easy to book and I didn't have to wait long. The audiologist was great. He was efficient, friendly and explained everything to me. I would certainly go back again.

Very pleasant Audiologist Hamid very quick service. Felt it was a little expensive as was only in chair for 5 mins But was disappointed as he didn't have the screen to show me inside my ear canal. Other than that appointment was given very promptly painless procedure I will tell my friends.

We had a great experience bringing our 5 year old daughter in for ear wax removal. Her ears were extremely waxy, and we were quite worried about how she would handle the procedure, but Hamed was absolutely fantastic.

He was very calm, patient, and reassuring. He explained everything clearly and made sure she felt comfortable throughout the process. The procedure itself was quick and handled very professionally.

We’re really grateful to Hamed for his kindness and expertise. I would highly recommend this service to anyone, especially parents with young children.

Good advice

I asked for a home visit. Everything was well organised and went perfectly. Javid himself was both pleasant and efficient. The extra £20 cost for the home visit was well worth it in my case as otherwise I would have had to get a cab to take me to a clinic and back and that would have cost me £20 at the very least. I will not hesitate to use them again in future.
