During my life, I have used many professional services, but the support we received from Karim and his team was without any doubt the best experience I have ever had in Egypt.

During one of the most difficult periods of our lives, everything was handled with the highest level of professionalism, dignity, and compassion. From the hospital arrangements, the farewell ceremony, the funeral process, the coordination with the Embassy in Cairo, to the cremation and the delivery of the ashes – every single step was organized flawlessly and with great care.

What touched us most was the human side of their service. Karim was always available, kept us informed throughout every stage of the process, and regularly contacted us to make sure that everything was going well and that we had all the support we needed.

In a situation where emotions are overwhelming and countless administrative matters must be managed, it was an immense comfort to be able to rely completely on a team that truly cares and always keeps its promises.

Die Firma übernahm alle Behördenwege und die gesamte Organisation in dieser sehr schwierigen Zeit. Die Kommunikation war einfach, sehr höflich und einfühlsam. Wir wurden zu jeder Zeit über den gesamten Ablauf und neue Entwicklungen informiert. Auch nachdem der Auftrag für die Firma erledigt war hat man sich nochmals erkundigt ob alles regulär geklappt hat.

it always is difficult to explain how you feel when suddenly an exploration hits your mind, soul and heart. you feel lost and completely drunk, especially when this happens in a foreign country. we are Italian, my husband loved this beautiful country and could enjoy every breath. now he is resting in Eltor.

My family and I can’t thank Ease Assist enough for their swift, efficient and compassionate help they gave us with repatriating my sister to the UK. My sister died suddenly in her flat in Cairo. We had to deal with the police, courts and her landlord but Ease Assist did all the investigating, liaising and organising for us keeping us informed all along the way. Ease Assist took from us the burden of a traumatic, confusing, bureaucratic nightmare. We were able to simply grieve.

I cannot praise Ease Assist enough. My Aunt passed away in Cairo, with all her family living in the UK. Ease Assist sorted everything for us to bring our loved one home. They communicated clearly, compassionately and made what was a very complicated process so easy. Karim was fantastic. Obviously i hope no one has to experience losing a loved one overseas, but if you do then please please contact Ease Assist and let them help you, you will not regret it.

I would like to thank Karim for his help and support in carrying out my husband's will. My husband loved diving in the Red Sea in Egypt and asked that his ashes find refuge in his favorite place. Karim helped to draw up all the necessary documents from the Egyptian side in order to bring the urn from abroad and receive the urn with ashes in an airport. He was always in touch, answered questions and gave very good advices based on his experience. I recommend trusting Karim in such a difficult and tragic situation for the family. A very tactful and understanding person.

I can highly recommend Karim and Ease Assist. He is an absolute professional. He knows exactly what to do, knows all the important offices and institutions, opens doors and makes things possible. Ease Assist was a huge help and enabled us to do things that we would not have been able to do on our own. As soon as Ease Assist and Karim were on board, everything worked. Thank you Karim!

It’s was obvious a very trying time as my dad pass away just before we flew out, we are from UK and my dad from South Africa which I thought would complicate things. (Which it did when the travel insurance disputed the claim.

I was introduce to Ease Assist at the hospital in Sharm, and what a blessing that turned out to be. They very very effective, communicated every step and were fast. They dealt with authorities, embassy, insurance and transport effortlessly - I received WhatsApp updates constantly.

They went above duty and collected lost property and couriered it to me.

After all was done, urn with ashes and documentation (translated versions as well) arrived back in South Africa they still enquired if all was in order.

I know it is just a job for them but to me it felt if they care, that dad was handled with dignity and care.

I’ll be forever grateful - and if you need their service ( sorry for your lost ) your in good hands.

Even in such difficult times we were accompanied the whole way through Until our late father reached the UK with all the documents and we felt as Karim was an excellent staff member providing us a service above and beyond the whole time to ensure a seamless process for my family to try and make our grieving easy. Kareem was honestly the best person I met in the whole of Egypt, I do wish we can meet once again under better circumstances as he truly helped us with his heart
