Great Customer Service I was helped by an agent and a supervisor change my flight with ease. They also help me save over $150 on my original flight! 10/10 recommend

excellent customer service

I was skeptical as we had never heard of this company before and all other sites were reflecting prices almost twice as much, but it was legit. Winston was on top of it from the beginning and when I told him I would not have access to my email the day of travel which is when the boarding pass was to be printed, he forwarded me the itinerary from the airline in advance to ensure I did not have any issues at the airport when I arrived. I will definitely be using them in the near future for my upcoming trips. Thank you!

Winston was so awesome in finding ne a great rate and being their for my daughter and myself even calling to make sure we made it to our destination and checking on our plans for our return trip due to the winter storm warning. I highly recommend this agency and will keep his phone number in my phone for future trips.

Ive used this company multiple times and never had an issue with them. They answer immediately when you call with no wait time. They always have the best rates the whole team is awesome and helpful, but Steve is the go to man!! If you want to save money on travel, absolutely call them!!

I booked a flight for $87 and only an hour later received a cancellation. It said I should call customer service if I thought it was an error, so I did. I was then told that the best fare they had was $592, which was far above even the airline site. When I told them this was a scam and I would turn them in, the man began yelling at me. Do NOT recommend.

They are FRAUD, this is the 2nd time! This time my credit card was charged already, they sent me a confirmation for the flight, I just called because today is my flight, and I have not received the AA confirmation, only to be told the flight is not available! After my card was charged?

Quick and easy booking

Well to be honest I read a couple of reviews and got a bit nervous, but my experience was way different. The agents assisted me very professionally and the best part, I didn't have to wait long hours for anybody.
Had to call them again and Winston was full of patients with me, guided me throw all the process, great guy excellent service.
My thoughts about the company flipped to 180 degrees.

I called them for a last minute flight. I could not believe the price they offered me. I would have spent almost double if I went to the airline directly but thanks to easemybookings. They saved me a lot of money and ensured a smooth transaction.

These is a total scam! Don’t book with them ! We booked a flight, they took the money right away and it’s a day before the flight and the ticket hasn’t been issued. We called every day and it was in progress. Even the same day we booked it we got a call back saying we could call AS airlines and choose a seat since our fare was not restricted. They are scammers !!! Don’t book with them !!! Now they are saying we have to give them more $200 more!!! Total scammers! How do they operate in the US? Aren’t there guidelines?

Unbelievable service

Booked tickets on 8/10. Received confirmation of purchase, instructing me to retain email for receipt of purchase.
Contacted customer service on 9/15, as I have yet to receive tickets. Rude guy assisting me, stated the flights were sold out and purchase was canceled. I asked how was it able to book it, if sold out. Guy rudely says and offer for a ticket at $365 was sent. Original purchase was only right about $200, this is a huge increase. Guy gets mad, starts yelling then hangs up on me!
After reading many other reviews (after speaking with rude guy), it appears they are a scam. Spoke with several other places and was told these people are scamming!

I booked a one way fly ticket through easemybookings website,paid online with my credit card with the confirmation of my payment.Later, the same day, I received a phone call from a guy claiming that an e-mail was sent to me with an increased price of $30.00.He insisted that I find the e-mail,and that I agree with the increased price and confirm with a click button. I explained to him that I already paid with my credit card and was not sure his request is not a scam.After I mentioned a word SCAM, he went beligerant and wanted to cancel my purchase!!! HE CLAIMED I WAS BEING RUDE!!! I politely explained to him that I AM THE CUSTOMER,NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!!! I HAD TO PAY $30.00 more to my purchased price.I AM SURE THIS IS UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE.MY lawyer will be filing a complaint with proper authorities,Federal Trade Commision, Better Business Bureau, Consumer Protection agencies.

Scam. They will sell your information to lenders who will harass you everyday with emails and calls. Dont use these scam artists. You wont get your ticket for any flights either
