Customer service was top notch. App is not customer friendly in anyway. Too many simple programming functions they over looked. For example, if you send out a campaign they record which text were received and which failed. They offer an export for both. When you export 80% of the data field are gone. Also you are only allowed to send 1 phone number. Texting rates are extremely expensive. Customer service is fantastic. Programming not so great.

Great for alternative financing or revenue based financing outreach. Best platform with best pricing and great support team. Fasil is the best representative to help you with all your needs.

Signing up was nice and easy. Customer service walked me through the whole setup process. They have DNC scrubbing built in and automations. Great delivery and responses. Highly recommend easify

All SMS platforms are basically the same — what it really comes down to is deliverability and pricing. I’m not here to promote other platforms, just to share my experience with Easify.

Deliverability: Not great. I’ve seen noticeably higher response rates on other platforms.
Interface: They do have a nice visual dashboard for incoming messages, which is a plus.
Onboarding: Very friendly and thorough at the start.
Pricing: Overpriced. They charge about 7 credits per SMS (≈$0.03) and $0.05 for AI responses, while most other platforms are around $0.01–$0.02 with AI already included.
Support: Once you’re signed up, getting ahold of anyone is difficult. They heavily prioritize onboarding new clients over supporting existing ones.

Overall: 4/10. Looks nice at first, but poor deliverability, high pricing, and lackluster support make Easify hard to recommend.
