I purchased a UK eSIM from eSIMtrip before/during my trip. The eSIM did not provide any internet connection.
I followed all setup steps, including data roaming and manual network selection.
Support responded only after 11 hours, which is too late for a traveler who depends on mobile internet.
Because of this delay, I had to purchase another eSIM to stay connected.
Despite not using their service, eSIMtrip refused to issue a refund.
This was a stressful and disappointing experience. I would not recommend eSIMtrip for travel use.
