Flexible, reliable and affordable fast and easy speak to the customer representative and they were swift with my loan and made it easy for me to apply. I wanted 1000 but I had applied for 500 and all I had to do was call them and send them an email as well and my $500 request was rescinded And subsequently I was able to get $1000 loan. It was fast and easy and was done in no time.

Sometimes they're good and quick than other times they'll request the same documents multiple times which one would assume is just to push you off to the side and drag the process on for days!

I am a first time borrower and i thought I would not be approved for loan. I got approved and the money hit my account in 3days. I took the loan to S.U.N and made some earnings on it; in all, it went well and i'm grateful. my business is booming again

I am still waiting to hear back from a manager regarding why I didn't renew my last loan. I wanted to, but the service was so bad , so many mistakes made, and when I asked to speak to a manager I got a call from some one that claimed to be a manager, but couldn't answer a very basic question then threatened me when I said just get a real manager to call me. I have repeatedly said once I speak to a manager I will take down negative reviews if they explain how this happened and they have taken steps to improve.
But instead they will probably reply to this saying it's a fake review like they did last time.
Eastern loans, I have all the emails you sent to me, so please ,go ahead and try and deny I was a customer.
I have no interest in ever dealing with you again, but if Mr beauchaumin or another real manager contacts me and says you have made changes to improve, ill consider not trying to warn people how bad your company is

Well, they clearly lied to because I definitely make more than 1200 a month and my bank shows it and they denied me as well so they say they approve everybody now they don’t

Denied my application due to their own banking review error. I clearly make more than $1200 a month when I work 50 hrs a week and am paid weekly. Then they say we cannot fix our for the next few months. Ugh what kind of b.s is that. You wont except proof that I make more money than you said. Ok

It was fast,easy process,same day funding…I will definitely use again if needed in the future..Thxs
