Alexandra and George were so very helpful. As first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing. We received a really detailed survey which has helped us work out everything we need to buy our first property. Email responses were very prompt, even out of hours replies. We were expecting our survery on the Wednesday but received on the previous Sunday so we are very impressed, they did everything for us. Even worked out timings for access with the estate agents. We will definitely use them again in the future, I cant recommend them enough! Thank you!

Had a level 2 home buyer survey done. Really great service from both Alexandra and George. Very responsive to emails and enquires and kept us informed throughout the process. George even went through the report with us on Good Friday morning as we had some concerns. Overall, brilliant service and would highly recommend.

Eastern Surveyors are a top tier company. Alex provided clear guidance and effective communication throughout the whole process, providing timely updates and having a warm, friendly and professional approach. George’s survey was so detailed, with HD imaging to back his comprehensive reporting, and his walk through of the report was clear and concise, allowing us to make a measured decision. We would have no hesitation to recommend them to others. Carlsberg don’t do surveyors but if they did then Eastern Surveyors would be the best surveyors in the world…probably!

George was amazing, not only did the inspection quickly and efficiently, he also had a follow up call with me to over over my concerns with the survey,

10 out of 10! I cannot recommend Eastern Surveyors enough. They're very competitive on price, highly responsive on emails and George was absolutely fantastic at taking the time to speak with us and explain any issues in full detail.

The property we were looking at had a lot of significant issues and George took the time to go through everything over the phone, making sure we understood the extent of the issues, stopping us from making a huge financial mistake, which I am incredibly grateful for.

Because of the issues at the property, George advised if we didn't want him to write the report up, we would be refunded half of the fee. We agreed not to have the report written up, and we received the refund within 20 minutes.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again - 5 stars!!
