What an absolutely amazing experience we had with this company, from John doing our survey, to Lisa and Tiffanie booking us in, to the service we received on our moving day, made what is meant to be one of the most stressful things you’ll ever do, stress-free.

On the moving day we had Mark J, Vic and John move our belongings from our house in Chelmsford, Essex. What a fantastic group of guys, very professional, took absolute pride in their work, friendly, courteous and had a great sense of humour.

Moving our belongings into our new house went incredibly smooth, everything placed neatly in each room.

If you are looking for a removal company that covers your area, I urge you to go with these guys, you will not be disappointed.

Terry, Michael, Dan J and Mark were excellent moving us from our 5 bedroom town house.

Very professional and built great rapport very quickly with us, which put us at ease on what could be a stressful time, but I can honestly say it was stress free!

I recently used this removal company for a full packing and moving service, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Mark, Wayne, James and Tom handled the packing and moving with professionalism, efficiency, and care. They were friendly, courteous, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable.

The Chelmsford team and the Move It team were equally fantastic when it came to unloading. They worked seamlessly together, taking great care with our belongings and ensuring everything was placed just where we needed it.

Booked at short notice, nothing but help and assistance from start to finish. Collected the boxes and tape from the warehouse, realy easy, all staff were great. The chaps that came to do the removal, Nick, Dan J, Steve G and Tim were great, come in a got straight on to the task and had it all done super quick. Don't panic if you haven't completely packed you get some time while the boxes are being taken out to pack the things you used on the last night. Unloading was even quicker. We shopped around for a while trying to find the right company we could trust with our removal and at a good price. East London came in with a good quote and also an in house team. They also did a video call and locked in the quote so we had no doubts about our costs. On the day they were brilliant and all a friendly bunch. They even bought TV bags for us for free. Recommended as they got all the elements just right.

Recently moved house and chose Chelmsford Removals / East London Removals. We had the full packing service and dismantling of an electric bed the day prior to the move also. The 2 men who came to pack were fantastic, took great care with our possessions and were very respectful! The move itself we had Josh, David and Matt who did an impeccable job, through a storm too. They were also very friendly and polite, nothing was too much for them, and they even put the electric bed back together where we wanted it. I would definitely recommend them!

Unbelievably amazing, professional, diligent company. Made what normally is a stressful couple of days very plain-sailing and were excellent and very considerate when moving all our things, as we had a very young baby with us and in and around the house during the move. 10/10 and we have already recommended to friends and family who are thinking of moving.

Although they arrived late they were caught up in a serious accident. Jamie and Steve were fantastic. Thoroughly professional and also very speedy. Everything was loaded and unloaded with great care. They were friendly and helpful. I was delighted with their service.
