Very disappointed with these shoes. While they do look like the photos, the quality is extremely poor. The materials feel cheap, and the construction is far worse than the pictures suggest.

They are also the most rigid shoes I’ve ever tried on. They’re very uncomfortable and incredibly difficult to fit properly. I have very slim feet, and even for me they were still very hard to get on and fit correctly.

What made the experience worse was the lack of customer support regarding returns. When I asked about returning them for a refund, I was told I would have to cover shipping myself, and they don’t have a return warehouse in the UK or Europe. That means returning them to the US at a cost almost equal to the price of the shoes.

The only solution offered was a 10% refund, with no real support beyond that. They also never included the free guide that was promised with the order

Overall, I would not recommend buying from this company.

I ordered 2 linin shirts for hubby, they looked so nice on the model, but what came was this extremely creased thin horrible material. They were also too small, I e-mailed them and told them and they replied with, “we can give you a discount and you can keep them, but why would you want to if they didn’t fit and you were not happy with them? They told me, it’s really expensive sending things back to China’.
Well, they were right, as £23 later I sent them off with Royal Mail and did a customs declaration!
This was on the 25/9/25.
I have been e-mailing them daily and now they are just ignoring me and refusing to answer anything I ask, so be warned, I think they are a drop shipping company, but clothing was not as described and I have now lost £51 as I left it too late to inform bank for a refund, but on the Royal Mail tracking site it kept saying they were still in customs, I didn’t have much choice, until it was too late. So be warned, you don’t seem to get what is described and you certainly WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Do not touch this company. They are based in China. I ordered sandals and shorts. The quality of the material in the shorts was so bad they were see through and nothing like the picture on the website. I ordered size 6 sandals (size 39). They sent size 38 and disputed that 38 was a size 6. I decided to send everything back to which they responded if I keep the items they would give me a small refund as the postage was going to be expensive. Why would I want to keep sandals a size smaller than i wear and shorts which couldn't be worn! The parcel has since gone missing and I suspect they gave me an incorrect address.

Ordered two linen shirts. Waited weeks for two shirts to arrive from China. They were 65% polyester, wrong colour, and totally different style. You can’t get a refund without shipping them back to China. UK authorities don’t want to know. They use a photo of a fake Trustpilot on their site to look legit.

Dreadful company and items are not as described or the sizes they promote.

Complete rip off.

Do not order from them.

They also expect you to return the Chinese crap to Chine for a refund.

Scam company. Ordered two linen shirts. Turned out to be 65% polyester. Refuse to refund and insist you pay to send your clothes back to China before they consider refunding you, despite having a U.K. registered address on Companies House. From what I can work out on Companies House, Paul Richard Grout is a majority shareholder - will let readers determine his involvement in this scam.

Do not buy from this company the clothes that came are of unimaginably poor quality and they may be 4 xl for an Asian person but not for me. They fit my wife and she’s a size 12??? Their returns need to be sent internationally to Asia and you will probably need to spend a lot of money to return worthless items.
Ignore the glitzy website this company is a scam!

Beware of this company. My husband purchased 3 linen shirts based on their facebook advert. When they arrived they were nothing like the advert. Thin, cheap material, too small and didn’t measure as advertised. Return policy is to send back to China for inspection. After going back and forth with emails finally got a 50% refund which leaves him out of pocket by 50% - shirts are not fit for purpose so cannot be worn!

These people are a total fraud. Not linen as advertised. Colours are far from the actual colour. Sizes questionable. No full refund as they are not prepared to pick up postage to China.
Pushed them for a 40% refund.
Absolute CON! Don’t touch these fraudsters!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The clothes are poor quality, FAKE linen and FAKE cotton. It’s a fake company, not a family run London company at all, the website uses fake photos. You will NEVER get your money back.
It is a Chinese scam front!!
They don’t have to abide by our consumer rights. Can’t find the company on Instagram anymore, I strongly suspect they have rebranded. Buyer Beware!!

Scam. Read the reviews do not buy. Garments do no resemble the advertised product.
Garments woefully undersized, and impossible to return. To get a full refund you need to return to China at your cost. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

You cannot return your order, if you do, you pay for it to go to China, and still you don't get a refund.

Items were advertised as linen, but was actually polyester/cotton mix and of very poor quality. Initially refused a refund unless I returned it to China at my own expense, and with some sketchy detail about using the original packaging - a clear plastic bag - both in contravention to the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Ordered shirt based on fact they were linen picked wrong size but they said would ship larger size at just the cost of postage. When received looked at the labels they were advertised as Linen were 65% polyester. 35% cotton. Not linen Which is not as advertised very disappointed now trying to get a full refund looking at previous reviews it might be difficult

Scam, scam, scam - ordered "linen" shirts, took over 3 weeks to arrive.  These shirts are not linen, they are cheap cotton/polyester very poor quality.  Asked for a refund was advised had to return back to China at my own expense and was advised that Chinese customs may not accept and then be returned!  Have been offered 20% straight away, obviously they know they are rubbish - I have declined and still ongoing as this is mis representation of items being sold.

This company is just a scam. advertising quality goods only to send sub standard cheap garments from china. impossible to get a refund

Like the previous reviewers, I did not receive the items I ordered (2 supposedly high quality Harrison collared 100% linen shirts) and was not offered a satisfactory return option. After an unexpectedly long delivery time, I received 2 collarless shirts from China that were of poor quality, bore little relationship to the style of shirt ordered, and were 65% polyester and 35% cotton. On requesting to return these for a refund, I was offered the option of returning the items to China at my own expense for a full refund or keeping the items and receiving a 20% refund. This does not appear to be an isolated occurrence (as evidence in these reviews) and as such may be a form of scam. I would recommend not purchasing anything from this company based on my experience and seemingly that of others.

Same experience as other reviews on here, this is a scam operation. Clothing quality is terrible and certainly not as advertised. Package sent from China and when requested a return was advised I have to return to China at my own expense 'as per our return policy.' or as a 'special' offer they'd refund 20%. Needless to say, the return policy on the website mentions nothing of the sort.

Avoid this company. The quality is terrible. Cotton/linen shirts are actually 65% polyester. They are very badly made and not worth paying a penny for. When asked if it was possible to return, told to ship back to their warehouse.... in China. They did offer a full refund when the goods were received but I don't want to spend any more money on them and don't trust them.
