I live in Quebec Canada - I received my A10 electric wheelchair. it came in 2 parcels - one was the wheelchair and the other should have been the battery BUT did not get the battery - instead I received a walker which I did not even order and cannot even use as I am partially disabled - I tried calling the support line with my complaint at 1-626-506-2026 which is a US phone number, the line just kept on ringing. I have as yet not received an answer from the support email. How long does it take to get support from EASEWE. So far I am not satisfied with the company. - as of today March 30 - I would like to update my review - I am awaiting the battery - cannot wait to use the wheelchair.. I am happy with the prompt response that I received from the online support team.

They really have the best customer service I have ever experienced. I'm disabled and couldn't find a local mobility scooter store that carried a folding scooter I could use so I started looking online. I was afraid to order online because of possible return complications. I ordered from them one that was reviewed as being light and easy to fold and when it came I found that I'm one of the few that can't manage it so I needed to return. I was PLEASENTLY surprised at how quick they were to respond and how helpful they were in helping me get it sent back. I also want to say, the scooter is a fantastic and had I been able to lift and fold with ease, I would have kept it. It's really cool. It looked sleek, modern and the colors were groovy. I highly recommend this company and their products.
Ongelooflijk goede service! Had eerst twee vragen, werden snel beantwoord, betaalde met Klarna en had de A10 rolstoel al na drie dagen in huis, makkelijk in elkaar te zetten, rijd makkelijk op vlak terrein, maar tot mijn grote schrik werd deze stoel na vijf dagen 36 euro goedkoper, geen probleem, ik kreeg gelijk het verschil terug! Dat zie je niet vaak hoor. EASWE, bedankt voor alles!
ordered a wheelchair directly on their website. the wheelchair had some minor issues, I contacted them and got replacement parts sent quickly. overall great service. I'm still learning how to navigate backwards in narrow spaces but otherwise it's really intuitive. would recommend them.
The checkout was straightforward, and tracking my order was simple. The wheelchair navigates minor bumps smoothly and feels very stable, although it's a bit heavier than I expected.
Ordered a wheelchair for my 89 year old mother it was delivered within 2 days (great service) unfortunately it was damaged. I contacted the customer service team and a replacement was sent out within 2 days!!
Excellent service and delivery
So far the experience with Easwe is one of the worst. We bought a wheelchair in the UK on 29th November, with the clear sign to be delivered between 3-5 December.
On the 1st of December we got an email in which they are shortly stating that the actual wheelchair we bought is OUT OF STOCK.
Today is 3rd of December, their website STILL SHOWS "In stock" for the same wheelchair, and the mobile number they gave as "Support" Monday - Friday 6am - 4pm gives a clear failure signal upon trying to call them.
I have also email-ed back to them, asking for a working phone number to contact them, no answer so far.
At this point it all looks like a scam, I tend to believe all the good reviews here must be fake?

UPDATE on 4th of December:
I have contacted the email address given in the reply here. Sent the previous emails together. I did send the order number as well. Noted, that the email Easwe sent to me about the wheelchair not being in stock, had NOT INCLUDED the order number they asked from me! It also came from the other email address, which says "Pre-Sale" on the website, although I have already paid for the wheelchair that was IN STOCK at the time of purchase.
I have found that today there is a different phone number on the website to contact. Tried to call it, this time it is ringing for a while, before it disconnects again and again, no matter how man times calling it.
Also, the wheelchair we ALREADY PAID FOR, now shows "Backorder" on the website, where it was showing "In stock" until yesterday (although they have already told me by Monday that it was out of stock.)
So basically IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT EASWE, the only place they ever replied was here on Trustpilot. They don't take calls, don't reply emails. They also state they will NOT SEND ME THE WHEELCHAIR I ALREADY PAID TO THEM - isn't this a scam?
My Bank will get my money back to me in over a month time - how do I buy an actually existing wheelchair without money???

I bought the S10 model through Amazon. Received a used and damaged unit with a lot of missing parts. First, Easwe agree to send me a brand new chair upon receiving the return but failed to follow through. Second, took almost two weeks to returned the unit and still refuse to refund, accusing me of switching out with another brand chair. Third, I got my money back because of the Amazon A to Z guarantee. Overall, slow response time, very difficult to communicate, and bad bad customer. service.

I ordered a wheelchair and was sent one without a battery for two weeks. Customer service is polite but doesn’t help. They are now refusing a refund. Shady people

Been using this chair for a couple of months, and I'm pleased. The battery life is better than expected, easily lasting a full day of errands. And it's comfortable and maneuvers well, even when the ground isn't perfectly flat.
This wheelchair's been great for getting around the house and even enjoying the yard again. The battery lasts long enough for me to run errands and hit multiple stores without worry. It's made a big difference in my day-to-day freedom.
Putting this wheelchair together was surprisingly easy! I was worried about the joystick, but it simple to use - got the hang of it quickly and can steer with just a finger now. It even manages okay on grassy areas.
I went for the pricier model after comparing, and I'm glad I did. Being older, the recline feature is fantastic for resting without having to move. It handles well and the brakes feel secure, which gives me confidence when I'm out and about.
After trying others, this wheelchair stood out. It folds easily fits in the car, and is approved for flights, which is fantastic. And it's comfortable and the battery life is good - it's given my mom her independence back.
This wheelchair arrived in just 3 days, and I'm so pleased with it! It handles long distances well with good speed, and feels quite sturdy - perfect for getting around confidently.
My husband loves his electric wheelchair - it's so easy to use! The two batteries and foldable design are perfect for trips.
