The site led me to think I was applying for passport processing service. Instead I ended up paying an outrageous amount for them to send me a completed passport application that I now have to pay the State Department to process the application

I would give 0 if I could! Total scam! Spoke to them several times and NEVER got helpful information. Please go to Post Office and get the application and do it yourself… so easy. These people now have all of my personal info! I feel so violated!

If I could give no stars I would. This is an absolute scam. They trick you into thinking they are the government. I feel like an idiot for falling for this. They take your personal information and do God knows what with it. The fact that they stole $40 is the least of my worries!

It's a scam and it seems the website is no longer active. I paid 40 USD two times because the first time the transaction did not go through. Please use the real government website from the Social Security office and no other website.

For over a month now, we have had the horrible experience of dealing with this group. I suggest NO-ONE use them. They can’t get what they promised to their customers and when they generate a refund, it takes them over 11 days with NO results with that either. They only care about getting your money period!

Scam- not a government website and tries to make you pay $40 for something that is free. SSA requires ID for a replacement card and there is no way around that. Glad I looked this company up before I gave my cc#.

There a scam an if anything happens to me because my personal information was leaked I know who too come for this is a shame there’s not honest people in the world anymore has anyone else ever been a victim of identity theft because of this?

I USED THEM AND MY APPLICATION WAS DELAYED IN THE POS TOFFICE FOR 2 WEEKS AND STILL TOOK MONTHS TO BE PROCESSED!

They are charging you for a FREE service and hold 0 accountability when something goes wrong. DO NOT USE!!!

Actually if I could give a negative 10 I would. This company is disgusting. They take your money. After I ordered I found my SS card. I called the number on the download page. It didn’t work. Then I called at 3:30 the next day and they were closed. I sent an email back to them to cancel and they never responded. I called customer service and they said I was past the 10 days I could to return or cancel the order. No where does it say this on the receipt or website. Also I never used the service also it’s a pandemic and people are struggling financially. The reason I was trying to expedite my SS card was because I was trying to become a paid care provider for my sick boyfriend. Even after telling them everything they still wouldn’t return a service I never used! Gross! Wow! Horrible company! Grubby and greedy!

Do not and I mean do not use this its fraud I sent in my documents and they took my money and then sent my stuff back and still took my money with out giving me what i paid for do not answer I repeat do not use easy apply I even asked to speak to the manager and she would not let me speak to the manager please do not waste your money at this bull crap company they will just steal your hard earned money while they sit on there asses and get paid to steal your money do not risk is please do not use easy apply if you don't want to just pay for nothing and get extremely rude services

I was tricked into using this, thinking it was a social security website. The charge a large amount of money for what is supplied by the government for free. If they do not respond to my request for repayment, I am going to contact my credit card

All I can say is Easy-Apply is a scam !! They have ALL of my information, I am very worried!! I have read so many complaints from others. I believe a law suit will be filed against this company. I wish I had researched this before giving all my personal info, but the website makes it appear legit, I also try to be cautious and aware, but scammers are really good at deceit. I thought it was legit, but I fell for it. When you need to apply for a Social Sec card, you will need to ( go ) to your Social Security office and will need to bring your birth certificate.

Has anyone's identity been stolen? or money taken out besides what they charged you im freaking out now because i filled it out like an idiot not paying attention. i usually do pay attention.

Scam. Wont do anything but take your money. They send nothing ! This is illegal what they are doing.

These people tricked me into giving them all of my personal info.i was on the social security website to put in for my replacement card. I clicked on the replace my ss and I believe it may have asked me if it was the first time, I clicked on no. Then to move forward I was obviously instructed to fill in all of all my info, my full name, dob, cell#, ss#,email address, home address and i even included my mothers maiden name, plus social. i did that because i thought they were affiliated with the government. then i sent a complaint to them on their website and they promised that i should receive an e-mail within 24-48hrs. NEVER HAPPENED!!! IM PISSED and there was no way of going back on what I've provided to them. SO EVIL...YALL ARE GOING TO HELL!!!!!!!
