Pickup was delayed by 2 days, delivery delayed by a day (I had to rent a car) and car came with a paint / scratch / damage issue near the trunk and a big damage/scratch on the side doors. Now they are not ready to process my claims request, the driver tricked me by giving me a discount of 200 while delivering and said you take to the auto shop and tell us how much they are quoting and then we will discuss it further, I sent them the details and they are saying since you did not pay driver in full we cannot process your claim

One call to determine price and arrange delivery date. Shipped VW from PGH to Golden CO. Easy
Ship kept me fully informed. Pick up on time and delivery was on time. Great service with professional driver with new transport truck and i was given cell phone number of driver who answered the call

Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware)
If Easy Auto Ship cannot place the damage on the carrier, they will attempt to ask you to use your insurance. They will tell you the wording or document to claim to not raise your insurance to curb Easy Auto Ship or the contractor’s responsibility. There is an interest between the latter relationships that will not include you when finding situations from my experience.

The main item to ask prior to using Easy Auto Ship service would be:
• IF damage occurs during transit, how many claims have been approved (settled) or not approved or in the customers favor? Oddly, this is hidden and doubt published to raise eyebrows on the side weighing heavily in their favor *Not the customers*.

• Is Easy Auto Ship provides a cover or shield for cars or physically enclosed within a trailer?

• Whose insurance is on the line with the amount as well as the amount each company covers IF carriers differ. What are the limits of the carrier AND MOST IMPORTANT what would be the least amount until Easy Auto Ship’s insurance kicks in.

After, I was ghosted. The above queries would be important to tell the story to make a sound judgement to leverage Easy Auto Ship’s service or not.

There is a business gap within Easy Auto Ship’s favors themselves to distance themselves from the contractor (carrier) in my opinion that needs to be closed.

Having an adjuster be made available would be helpful, though their business model may not support the added cost burden to do proper justice for the consumer.

EasyAutoShip was the ONLY part of our long-distance move that was completely free of stress! Lindsay was incredible, as was the driver who transported our car. We had made our reservation quite far in advance, but Lindsay checked in regularly just to assure us everything was on track...and the timing of the pickup was perfect. The driver himself inspired lots of confidence when we met him to take the car away and we felt that our car was in great hands. He also went out of his way to accommodate our drop-off location. Timing was great, the price was great and Lindsay checked up on the day after our car was delivered back to us to ensure everything had gone smoothly. There's no reason to look at any other company!

Easy Auto Ship, the name says it all, it really could not have been easier, i called several companies, i got several prices, all of which were in a couple hundred dollars of each other, after reading reviews i went with EAS, and booked with Brandon who just happens to be the manager, he educated us, made us feel secure in our decisions and the most important part was that he was very transparent with us, we tried to get him to promise and guarantee us and we did that on purpose knowing he was a broker to see if he would go that far to book us, but he did not take the bait, he stood his ground with us, and we appreciated that! Here were in california with our vehicle safely delivered and will be using brandon every time we ship from here on out!
