To start at the beginning...

The showroom in Barnstaple had an huge variety of fixtures and fittings on display in fully mocked-up bathrooms showcasing everything from flooring, tiles, taps, showers and sanitary ware. Everyone we spoke to in-store were polite and helpful with no hard sell of either their products or services. A special mention must go out to Chris who guided us through the various choices and the overall design always managing to find the best solution for our needs.

The ordering process was easy as the design which had been entered into the computer allowed us to chop and change designs until we were perfectly happy (I'm sure Chris was probably gritting his teeth with all the changes we made). We chose not only buy the bathroom fixtures and fittings from Easy Bathrooms but we also decided to have them fully fit the bathroom so for us Easy Bathrooms was chosen as a one-stop solution.

The installation was scheduled and the bathroom fixtures and fittings were delivered in advance on a day of our choosing. The installation team, the amazing Roger and Kieran, arrived on time and worked tirelessly to give us the bathroom we wanted. They were respectful of our property at all times and always had a smile on their faces. They kept us informed throughout the removal of the existing bathroom and double checked our choices throughout the installation. Their workmanship was excellent and I would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

The installation process was monitored by Easy Bathrooms throughout, we had phone calls to check on the delivery, phone calls to check the installation team had arrived on time, and even had an on site visit during installation from an area quality manager.

From our experience Easy Bathrooms (Barnstaple) have gone above and beyond to ensure that a quality product was correctly fitted and the customer (us) would be kept 100% happy throughout.

Poor service overall. Would highly suggest people avoid using And go with a local independent contractor that backs up his work and supplied parts.

“25 years warranty” LOL. that doesn’t cover taps or mixers leaking after 3 years. Waited over a month to get spares for leaking shower mixer.
And Waiting now 7 weeks plus for info if the paint coming off taps handle is covered. Shocking customer service!

Staff were really helpful. The store had just had a refurb so we were able to pick up a few ex display items which is the only we can afford to buy from Easy Bathrooms - they are expensive for what they are, but their displays are good so it makes it easy for people to spend.

This company allows a young sales advisor to give false infprmation to customers. They obviously knew that he had history of incorrectly stating that builders get 50% off tiles as the sales assistant today admitted it to me and even said on the phone to his Manager that it had happened again. Then they refused to honour the discount. Why would builders sign up for an account as they get no discount either, apparently. They even charge £20 to get the tiles from the stock room to the shop floor! When questioned, the sales assistant said that it was because there was usually a delay in collection and it was a small area which causes them issues. So we get penalised for that? He also said it was because they are not dressed correctly to manually handle stock in their smart work suits. I wonder if they change into overalls to Bring them to the customer? I doubt it so the charge is just another money maker

We ordered our tiles over the telephone (we live in France) to be collected from the Barnstable store whilst we were on holiday.
They arrived in store on time and the service that we received was impeccable.

Helpful advice from the Barnstaple showroom and from ordering fittings on-line.

After buying a radiator for our bathroom we found it was going to be too wide and needed to return it. The customer service team couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you Juliet.

Knowledge of staff is hit and miss. Left messages for calls back, but none were returned. Products we purchased were very much what we wanted.

We went a couple of times to make a decision on our bathroom fittings we were not hassled at all and when we made our mind up Aiden was most helpful with our order. Everything was delivered quickly and when we wanted it we will be going back when we order our en suite. Highly recommend.

We ordered the 2 bathrooms last June, and had to take delivery to our rental, as our building work was delayed. The delivery driver was super helpful. Unfortunately, we had one box of broken tiles, we sent photos, but have not as yet received a refund. The most unfortunate problem was, that despite giving Adam the dimensions of the 2 bathrooms, which has not changed. We were short of the feature tiles, which we subsequently discovered had been discontinued, we had to order 5 boxes of an alternative tile from Topps Tiles, also we had to order 5 more boxes of the floor and wall tiles from yourselves. We were extremely disappointed and frustrated by this massive mess up, and your comments on this would be appreciated. The bathrooms are being fitted today, and I hope that this will go smoothly.
