We went to the Basingstoke showroom with only a rough idea of what we wanted our small downstairs toilet to look like. No sales pressure at all when we went in, just friendly smiles and “let us know if we can help” message. After a while we did require help and a lady named Tammie was super patient and helpful with us as we swapped and changed our minds about things. When we had a rough idea she was more than happy to put a quote together there and then. Was really pleased with prices and hopefully the items will match the service when they arrive. Thank you

Ordered a bathroom mirror, really easy and straightforward. Was kept up to date with delivery and got a phone call from the store to say it was ready. Great service from start to finish.

Helpful and friendly. They helped me make good decisions and the discount was great

AVOID EASY BATHROOMS!!! (unacceptable delays & complications behind the glossy façade not Easy at all)

We have experienced several issues with this bathroom company. This is a timeline of the unacceptable level of service; we have had to endure: (job ref number: 1921768 )

• December 2024 – we purchased the bathroom
• February 2025 – We still hadn’t had a surveyor visit our home to let us know when our bathroom would be fitted. We contacted Easy Bathrooms several times and all of our emails and calls were ignored. In desperation, we put a complaint onto Trust Pilot, and they finally got in touch, (and they also asked us to take our complaint down from Trust Pilot to save their reputation) We duly took the complaint down and surveyor arrived two months after we had purchased the bathroom.
• July 2025 – SEVEN MONTHS after the bathroom was purchased was when the fitters finally arrived. They quoted two weeks for the job. The fitters up three days late, because they had over run on a previous job. They tried to squeeze our job into seven days which was unachievable. The job overran into the weekends and late evenings and was shambolic to say the least. Lots of problems occurred with the tiles having to be replaced and other mitigating issues. It was incredibly stressful.
• August 2025 – Two problem was noticed (1) A leak coming from the wastepipe which is coming through our lounge ceiling (2) The electrics were not fitted to the regulatory standards, the Insulation trapped in the terminal, Grommets missing, and no Electrical Installation Certificate provided.
• September 2025 – Yet again we are having to raise another complaint to Easy Bathrooms, (knowing full well that they will ignore our emails unless we keep pushing and pushing them). So it is with regret that we are compelled to go public again onto Trust Pilot for two reasons (1) so that people are aware of what to expect from this company behind the glossy façade (2) So that Easy bathrooms don’t ignore us. The leak in the waste is going to cause us even more inconvenience on top of everything else that we have already gone through. The longer it is left there, the worse it will get as it already has done after two months.
The whole sorry saga is totally unacceptable, we regret using them, and we are at our wits end with sending reams of emails and chase ups. The stress this has caused us could have been avoided if we had gone somewhere else. AVOID, AVOID AVOID – THIS COMPANY !!!

In store were very helpful, placed an order and collected it a few days later. I needed some extra fittings which were sourced and supplied at no extra charge. Good service.

Great staff, good showrooms, Darcy was particularly good, very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy.

Our experience was excellent and the store manager Tammy was super helpful, nothing was too much when helping us select our tiles and bathroom furniture. Very friendly and helpful.

The staff in the shop (basingstoke) couldn't be more helpful they made everything so easy. Well done.

Really disappointed with the after service reported a leaking tap installers called round to check sent photos to easy bathrooms and told me to inform him as soon as the new part was delivered It has now damaged the cabinet under the sink which we again emailed the company with photos of damage attached it’s been 3 weeks since the first complaint and nothing has happened
