We had a fantastic experience with Mabs! He provided excellent service from start to finish and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. His patience really stood out—he took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with everything.
Mabs was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. Nothing felt rushed, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly and to a high standard. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and easy to work with.

My and wife's experience at Beckton store this week has been excellent throughout.
For our visits pm Thu 26 March and pm today Sat 28 March, the showroom itself has given us all we needed to complete our ideas on how to renew and improve our ensuite and and family bathroom.
The product ranges of bath, showers, sinks, storage and all accessories has been more than sufficient to fulfil all our choices.
Most importantly, the patience and knowledge all the staff of Sania, Garcia and Nishil have played a key role on Thu and today to enable Branch Manager Amandeep to complete our quotation and order by end of today.

Nishil and the team, provided great communication throughout the process, from ordering to delivery.

We've had a great experience working with the team at Easy Bathroom Beckton. Our Bathroom was installed in Nov 24 by Easy Bathroom installers who went above and beyond to ensure it looked and worked perfectly. Even more recently with an issue, they have helped sort it out and been super accommodating.

I never write reviews, so the fact that I’m writing this says everything.

My experience with Easy Bathrooms has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Tiles were delivered late, bringing my entire project to a standstill. I had to buy tiles elsewhere just to keep the work moving, and I’m STILL chasing a refund for the tiles that didn’t arrive on time.

They delivered four completely random toilets and dumped them on my curb. I took them in out of goodwill, yet received zero compensation for their mistake.

The shower screen was meant to be part of the original delivery, but it never arrived. Had I been told it wasn’t coming, I would never have started the project. I’ve now been informed it won’t be in stock until the end of December, so I won’t see it until the new year. With only one bathroom in my home, my shower is unusable and still no solution, no alternative, and no support from the store or customer services.

I’ve had to do all the chasing, all the follow-ups, and still have outstanding refunds. Communication has been poor, support has been non-existent, and the entire process has been stressful, costly, and completely avoidable.

I strongly advise avoiding Easy Bathrooms. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had, and there are far more reliable companies out there who actually take responsibility when things go wrong.

Great service from Beckton store and quick delivery.

Great friendly service from the team at Beckton. A shame I couldn't remember their names. Delighted with my purchase. Also the friendly delivery drivers from Yorkshire. I guess its true the people from up north are more friendlier than down south.

Initially had a great experience with Easy bathrooms . The staff even extended the open hours so we could look round and choose for our two bathrooms.

However it all went wrong after that with the following:

1) Three items identfied as out of stock for 3 months just after the order and payment was made.

2) One faulty toilet delivered with a very uncoperative customer service when trying to get a replacement

3) Unnecessary surplus of tiles ordered by the salesman with no refund offered when this was realised

Please think carefully before ordering with them especially if you are organising your own contractors.

I was waited on listen to support was good

I would never suggest to go to Becton showroom as people who work there are lying where are tiles from. I was asking specifically for Spain tiles and Nishil told me that all tiles are from Spain, once I got my order it was actually Turkish tiles, which is I would never go for it. Not even borther to refund difference as Spanish tiles way more expensive. Even he said it’s premium brand of Turkish tiles but we knew about this company it cheapest in the Turkey. Please avoid this shop

Beckton branch Mebz and Deep where very helpful and consistent in updating me with delivery. So far the goods looks very sturdy.

Ordered some tiles, efficient service, delivered when they said, happy with everything :)

Visited easy bathroom in beckton and was greeted by Deep the manager , I told him he I was planning to carry a refurb of two bath rooms.
Deep showed me a variety of bath suites and makes. he sat me and went through there website and catalogues. I showed him bath and shower unit from other websites and did his best to match them.Deep was very knowledgeable and was able to tell what would my suite my family needs and what would be practical.Deep showed, professionalism ,great customer service and went the extra mile. I ended up purchasing all the bathroom suite including the tiles as he did a great deal. Definitely would recommend him to friends and family.

Went to easybathrooms to buy tile what a bad move ist delivery tiles broken 2nd delivery wrong colour stay clear go some where elce you thank me to be fair easy bathrooms did refund me a box off tiles but no way near enough combination what I went through it cost me a extra 250 for the workman to change the wrong colour tile and 50 for extra materials

Really enjoyed working with Amandeep the Beckton Branch Manager. A professional manager with a good knowledge of the products. He is reliable, patient and a good listener. He suggested ideas for a better outcome and always considered our preferences . He was present throughout the process, responded well to all our requests.

We have had a good purchase for our new home from Beckton store. Sania made realistic suggestions then and there when we were quite confused as we were new purchasers. She was patient enough to check multiple options that we checked and made the process smoother. Delivery was prompt and payment was hassle free.

I recently purchased tiles from Easy Bathrooms but, unfortunately, ended up with the wrong ones. I have five unopened boxes, still in perfect condition, yet they refuse to offer a return or even an exchange. Given the cost of tiles, this is incredibly frustrating and feels unreasonable, especially when many other retailers provide more flexible return policies.

Their customer service has been unhelpful and unwilling to make any exceptions, even though the tiles are unused. It’s disappointing that a company selling home improvement products doesn’t seem to prioritise customer satisfaction.

If you’re shopping here, double-check everything before you buy—because once they have your money, they won’t be accommodating if anything goes wrong. I won’t be using them again.
