Having never heard of Easy Bathrooms, we didn’t know what to expect. No need to worry, everything in the store was beautifuly set out. Lots of choice, all the produce was tastefully displayed, with excellent colour coordination.

The sales advisor allowed us to look around at our own pace, but he was there as soon as we needed help.

Neil (not sure of surname) gave us good advice. Helped us to get the best from our chosen bathroom. He had very little to go on, but ordered and listed, along with the cost of the materials we would need. All very straightforward. A convenient delivery date was arranged.

Also the materials were delivered early in the day, which was helpful for our fitter Mariusz.

The staff are polite and respectful. Absolutely no complaints. Would go back, and recommend to friends and family.

Thanks to all concerned. I now have a beautiful bathroom.

Very helpful and knowledgeable about all the different types of items that make up a bathroom Neil was great to deal with he even made time later the same day to come and measure up and then produced a 3D drawing of the finished bathroom.
We chose Paul Briggs to fit our bathroom very happy with his work he went beyond the norm really knows his stuff.

Will not take back full pack of tiles like most other places. Sometimes you order more then you need for diy projects and need to take back any unused pack.

Bought the bathroom suite from easy bathrooms but didn't have them fit it, as the quote was way off the scale for fitting a bathroom. The bathroom suite is expensive crap, They over estimated the tiles we needed and won't take them back which we have an on going claim at the moment, £ 4000 of products dump on the road , the deliver man shooted off before we could check it. Our tradesman began to fit the bathrooms, there where tiles broken and chipped. The tiles where £28 + vat each. Other items where broken, bent edging and also sent wrong items, which instead of taking 1 week to fit bathroom took 1 month, having to wait for the right items to arrive, I would never use these again and advise people to not buy from these people, because when they have your money they are not interested, expensive crap.

Phil was so helpful from our first meeting and every step thru placing the order to the completion of the fitting.

Cannot fault the staff in the showroom at Blackburn they were great especially Phil and a great help through the pain of trying to deal with the technical team in Wakefield, who were rude, didn’t want to listen, basically called my husband and our builder liars. The main issue being being sold products that were incompatible (cistern and wc). It took 4 weeks to resolve, and we’re still not 100% happy but we needed a functioning toilet due to having an elderly parent coming to stay with us. Also advised that parts would be interchangeable ( cistern button) but again not true. It has cost us more money in our builders costings with all the messing around he has had to do. A complaint is forthcoming.

As always very efficient. I have bought from Easy bathrooms on five or six occasions, and always it’s easy and enjoyable. Phil is always welcoming and happy to help in any way he can. Thank you

Friendly and professional staff, gave us some good advice and very pleased we took it. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom.

Blake Quickly attended to us at store after we had browsed ideas. Created a design and gave good idea what finished result would be like. Good quality materials. We didn’t go super expensive but also not want to cut corners. 40% discount on the brochure price. Fitting on top of quote was too dear and we had our own plumber fit it. Happy so far now it is installed. Make sure you check all the items ordered before delivery. Bathroom looks great

Easy Bathrooms BLACKBURN ordered a bathroom suit and tiles from Phil at Easy Bathrooms, excellent customer service and knowledge. We needed ore tile and the whole team went above and beyond to meet our tight deadlines. We would highly recommend this bathroom company for service, tiles the bathroom and more! Absolutely shocking service. 3 weeks and I am still waiting for them to refund me, the tap has been running non stop and they won’t do anything about it! The store says go to head office who don’t respond.

Very helpful staff at the Blackburn branch. The order was delivered on time. There were some broken tiles, but they were quickly replaced. I was very pleased with the quality fitter whose attention to detail was excellent. The bathroom fittings are of high quality, too.

We ordered a full bathroom refit through this company and with only having one bathroom we went away while the refit took place.
Two weeks before the refit we went into the showroom and spoke to Neil and asked him for a print out of the tiles ordered and we were given a colour printout of the tiles which were a light blue colour so we went and picked the wallpaper for the bathroom.
When we came back off holiday we noticed the wall and floor tiles were completely the wrong colour on contacting easybathrooms Phil the manage came out and was mortified and admitted that it was his mistake and asked us what we wanted as the bathroom was not what we ordered we asked for a £1000 or a full refit.
After a few days we had heard nothing so I phoned and was told to speak to customer services as they had not responded to my email I phoned them to which I was told it was totally our own fault as on the order it said grey tiles although we had the printout of the blue tile and as to their terms and conditions which we never received they were not liable for the wrong tiles being delivered.
They offered to refund the £70 delivery charge and we said this was a derisory offer and my wife arranged the the customer services agent for a £150 compensation and this was just to draw a line under it.
Today we received an email that they are not even honouring this as the woman I spoke to ( Angie ) said they are not allowed to discuss monetary amounts on the phone.
We are going to take this further as we feel totally let down by this company and would never advise anyone to buy from them.
Also they delivered the wrong shower screen but we told our fitter to just fit it as it wasn’t a major issue.
If you have bought from them or are going to do please ask for their terms and conditions as this is not automatically given to you and double check every line on your order.
