Great products and well priced. The team helped with design and were very approachable. Delivery on time with no issues.
Staff amazing. Morgan in particular went above and beyond. We had an emergency come up during our fitting and she helped us sort.
We will 100% use again.

Great help from all the staff in the new Brislington branch, we had lots of questions and they really put themselves out to help us.

Helpful staff and very knowledgeable

Today we visited the Bathroom store in Bristol to enquire about some extra items we required for our cloakroom. Bridget was extremely helpful and we will definitely be going back!! Fabulous customer service 10/10

Waiting to hear back from them over a faulty leaking radiator its been over a week plus i had to go through a long process to get to customer service not really impressed with this company.

On the whole their products are OK and the staff are helpful. However, we bought the Nante vanity unit range, an 800mm for the bathroom and a small unit for the cloakroom. A year and a half later and the Nante cloakroom unit is falling apart. It's not designed for a wet area as drips get into the facia and the whole thing rots. Easybathroom would not replace it even though it was not fit for purpose. They only offered discount on buying a new one. In the bathroom, the Nante 800mm unit has an eccentric overflow waste system which is impossible to get watertight. The overflow goes into a slotted waste but the kit they provide is useless. We've spent hours and lots more cash trying to stop this thing leaking by buying new seals, etc. In short, beware and don't buy the Nante stuff as it's not cheap and not fit for purpose.

The staff were very helpful. Making it easier to make our choices. Also making excellent suggestions.

Order failed to arrive on the first two delivery dates promised even after phone calls to confirm that it would. Third time was lucky but the planned work has now been delayed by weeks.
However, read the small print closely as I missed the “five day” rule which seems to mean it’s ok to miss two delivery dates providing it arrives on the fifth “working day”. Imagine how frustrating that feels as a customer waiting for a deliveries that don’t arrive and we lost the time our fitter had set aside for the work; but that’s all my own fault for missing the small print. A harsh lesson learned and never again. Please make sure you read the small print.
On the other hand the staff I have spoken with have been very courteous, professional and most apologetic for the delay.

l needed some seals for my shower within 2 wks they got them for me it was quite easy for me Thanks to the Winter stoke rd Bristol staff

This company was recommended to me and I found them to be really good. Every time I visited a store, everyone was really pleasant and helpful. I brought with the Brislington store in Bristol and I did my order with Chris. He was fantastic, accomodating and really reassuring. My bathroom is now in and it looks incredible - the tiles, radiator and the bath with panels being from Easy. My only small criticisms would be that I specifically asked if the pump would fit inside the confines of the bath and it was over by 3mm which my bathroom fitter had to bear in mind during install but it looks seamless.
