Overall products and service is good, however I was very disappointed that on delivery the wc unit was a flat pack. This was not stated on the website or by anyone in the showroom.

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff at Chelmsford. Overall a stress free service. Well liased with our bathroom fitter. Great quality products. Thankyou!

We had a great experience with Michael and the team at Easy Bathrooms. We booked an appointment for them to come and visit our house to measure up the master bathroom and en suite. Once we talked through a few ideas with Michael he was able to bring our dream bathroom to life and gave us some really helpful tips and advice along the way which we greatly appreciated! Thank you, Michael! would definitely recommend.

I thought the planning process was very bureaucratic with more detail than was required and I also thought having to pay the complete cost prior to installation was unreasonable.
Once the planning was complete the delivery and installation process went smoothly with Blu Tub being very considerate and helpful.

Huge shoutout to the guys at Easy bathroom Chelmsford. Michael and Gerry have been most helpful during my entire process of buying fittings for my property. They were able to talk me through the options available and the process all the way to arranging delivery was seamless. Thanks guys for the exceptional customer service!

Huge thank you to the team at Easy Bathrooms Chelmsford (special mention to Sam). Great selection of products to look over in the showroom and the mocks of how the final room would look were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, if you're feeling stuck for inspiration or help when it comes to planning your bathroom look or layout, I would highly recommend a visit to the team here.

We went on a Sunday (8/2/26) to look for advice about buying a new shower. While we were looking we were asked if we needed any help, to which we said yes. We were looking to replace our Mira shower and were told that we would be best to stick to Mira. We said we weren't fussed about that and wanted some guidance on our options about the standard fittings sizes. We had them in the original booklet and he said he could look if he wanted us to but that he was busy at the moment. There were No other customers in the store and he appeared just to be checking stock. My wife and I looked at each other in disbelief and walked out of the Chelmsford store. B and Q were very grateful for our business.

Salesman was very helpful in going through what was needed for my order, but when the bathroom suite arrived, the shower tray was wrong and I ended up with 2x vanity units rather than a vanity unit and a WC unit.
I was expecting them to apologise and get me the correct items in within a couple of days, but shockingly I was told that head office needs to authorise the returns, then a collection needs to happen before they can refund me and then order the correct items!!!
I've now had to cancel my plumber, and tiler and over 15 days since I placed my order, I still don't have a correct bathroom suite!!

Ordered a towel rail, very good price, good quality and I was called as soon as it had arrived at shop earlier than expected….so gold stars all round….

The service from Sam at the Chelmsford branch was second to none from design to order. Delivery was spot on and a few forced changes along the way was handled prompt and with professionalism. Only negative is the time it takes for returns to be processed and refunded, still awaiting the refund for a unit, but will pop into the store and chase this up as its been nearly 2 months. Overall pleased though.

We had an appointment with Sam (at the Chelmsford branch) and couldn't be happier with his help. Professional and helpful at choosing styles and colours for the tiles and the extra components needed for our bathroom design. Sam made the process of working out what we needed a breeze and thankful for his guidance.
Lovely range of tiles at easy bathrooms plus they currently having a winter sale so totally grabbing a bargain with no sacrifice on style and quality.

From start to end o can’t fault the service we received from the chaps at Easy Bathrooms. We could get hold of them easily via phone to make small amendments and the ordering, delivery and aftercare were all very good. Their depo made a couple of order mistakes but thankfully didn’t disrupt the fit too much. Highly recommend.

I booked a towel radiator online and was given a date for delivery at the Chelmsford store. When I went to the store on the delivery date, I was told that they had nothing on their systems to show that the radiator was to be delivered that day. They gave us another delivery date. On this second delivery date the radiator was again not delivered. Then the store manager gave me their customer service phone number and asked me to sort this out myself. I had to really work hard with the customer service to finally get the radiator delivered. A very bad experience as the builders could not continue with their work in the bathroom till the radiator was delivered. The builders were upset as their work was delayed which in turn delayed their next project.
