Quite a few niggles have raised the issues with the warranty team, who seemed very helpful, will wait to see if issues are resolved

Clear & easy process from the off set in the showroom. Expert staff with sound advice. Fitters were professional and friendly, cleaned up as they were working with a clear time frame of work to be completed.

I made my initial bathroom selection when there was a 40% reduction in the January sales,but during the period between then and my plumber fitting the bathroom I changed my mind several times,each time Dean in Chesterfield easy bathrooms,and the staff there were patient,helpful and understanding.
My bathroom was delivered on the date stated,the delivery drivers were extremely polite, respectful of my property and careful to ensure no damage was done to my wooden floor where the order was being left
My fitted bathroom is absolutely stunning and I'm extremely happy with it. My plumber who has fitted many bathrooms over the years commented on the quality and the electrician said it looked like a top end bespoke bathroom.
I made a few changes during the fitting process I e. lights etc and Chesterfield staff were helpful and accommodating and understood what I needed. They were happy to answer any queries over the phone too.
I would definitely recommend and some of my friends are already looking!

Dean was so kind, patient and helpful in choosing our new bathroom, producing a design which included everything we’d asked for.

The whole process was made so much easier with his knowledge, advice, and sense of humour.

Unacceptable Service – Faulty Shower Cubicle Still Not Resolved After Months

I am writing this review out of sheer frustration with Easy Bathrooms Chesterfield and the ongoing, unacceptable delays in resolving a faulty shower cubicle supplied several months ago. While the staff in the store have been excellent—professional, understanding, and clearly doing everything they can—they have made it clear that the hold-up lies entirely with the Technical Department. Unfortunately, this is where the service completely collapses.

For a couple of months, I have been left with a defective shower cubicle that cannot be used properly, and the lack of urgency or meaningful communication from the Technical team has been astonishing. This is not a minor inconvenience—it has caused significant disruption to my household and has resulted in additional financial costs, as I continue paying for a product and installation that remain unusable.

With Christmas fast approaching, the situation is now even more pressing. It is unacceptable that I am still waiting for a solution after all this time. I expect Easy Bathrooms to take responsibility, prioritise this issue, and provide a full and immediate resolution—whether that be a replacement, a repair, or appropriate compensation for the ongoing inconvenience and expense.

The store staff deserve recognition for their efforts, but the Technical Department urgently needs to address its failings. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Easy Bathrooms and strongly urge the company to take action before this situation worsens further.

I would have written a much better review and rated higher as I do love most of the bathroom. Unfortunately the install process has been awful. We’ve had two extractor fans that stopped working. They came to fit a 3rd one and have installed it upside down. We had a leak under the sink which caused the shelf to blow. We asked for a new shelf when they fixed the leak, however, all they did was place a new shelf on top of the old one so we now have a nightmare opening and closing the doors. I have now been ghosted by the install team for 3 week. I’ve been running and leaving messages after being promised they would come and sort the fan and replace the whole sink unit, but no-one has been back in touch in over 3 weeks.

From the start it was a shambles, we had the sales team arguing with the instillation team about what we would get , the sales team said everything would be new , totally back to brick but the instillation manager saidwe wouldn’t .
Then it took 16 days to complete when we were told six days , even after an inspection some of the pieces wouldn’t fit were they should have gone .
Then the shower was faulty so another wait for another to be ordered and fitted . Now 7 weeks and four emails, seven phone calls to costumer services and we are still waiting for a plumber to come out after the shower as broken 😡 .
I will never use this incompetent company again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.
Deal with them at your our risk because they don’t care once they have your money .

I was helped to make a choice about a fairly ordinary purchase. The advice and help I received were fabulous and I was very pleased with the out come. Would come back to buy bathroom products/fittings. 👍🏻

We ordered a bathroom and paid the deposit on 26/6/25. As of today I still do not have a fitting date, despite numerous back-and-forth's with the shop and the fitter.
I am hoping leaving a review here will get something done because 3 months is ridiculous to be waiting just for a fitting date (which undoubtedly is now going to be more months away).

Edit 25/09/09: I've edited this review to update since they've replied to me below to say someone will be in touch (they haven't).

I called easy bathrooms Chesterfield branch yesterday who said they would chase the fitter and get back to me. They did not.

I called them again today and they said the same thing, I have not had a callback again.

plenty of stuff on display in the showroom so easy to see ideas and find combinations that work.

Originally bought from Rotherham store, very poor service from start to finish from wrong measurements taken during home visit to wrong items ordered, All sorted out by the Sheffield store who were very helpful .

Great products, I didn't receive updates of orders and deliveries due to easy bathrooms misspelling my name and email address, also missing parts, making the bathroom fitter wait for stuff longer than anticipated, lack of communication
