The service we received here was impeccable. Jacob the gentleman who served us was extremely knowledgable ,polite and nothing was too much .

Ivor and Lee in the Chorley showroom are 5 star but the delivery service could be better

Great prices and service also they have a great selection of choices

I went to Easy Bathrooms in Chorley during the January sale and spoke to one of their Sales People regarding having a new bathroom fitted. They seemed very helpful and arranged a home visit to measure our bathroom which happened the week after, however this was not at the time arranged and I had to call and was told that he was in a meeting and would be there later that day.
On measuring I was informed that they would be in touch once they had worked out my plans and designs.
We are now in March and I have heard nothing from them.

I received a reply from Easy Bathrooms and have replied to the Manager at Chorley with the below

Thanks for your reply, whilst I appreciate mistakes happen, you had carried out a home visit and a letter would have sufficed if other details had been lost.
As soon as mistakes start to happen I lose faith in the process, so thanks for your offer of honouring the January sale price but will not be proceeding with yourselves.

The staff at Easy bathrooms Chorley were extremely helpful and kept me well informed regarding deliveries etc.
We were unable to use one piece of bathroom furniture we ordered due to adjustments to the bathroom layout and Easy bathrooms accepted the return and issued a refund with no problems whatsoever. If anyone is looking for bathroom furniture etc., I would definitely recommend Easy bathrooms Chorley.

Appalling design and won’t refund us money owed. . .. Sold us a concealed toilet, that our plumber couldn’t fit due to the waste pipe. We returned approximately £600 worth of goods, they refunded one piece and exchanged the rest of the goods for a toilet worth far less, and didn’t refund the difference. I have asked them for this, and they say they have no record of all the goods being returned. The replacement toilet isn’t fit for purpose, our plumber fitted it under the belief that we were happy with the design and fit. This wasn’t discussed at all by them with us, we trusted that as they visited our house that they knew the set up, as they were the designers. But due to the waste pipe the toilet can’t get close to the wall, and so isn’t attached securely, and their technician has confirmed that if it was put closer, it might be prone to blockages. So we have ended up with a toilet that they sold us, won’t refund us the difference in price, and that is either unsecured or prone to blockages. I have asked them to escalate the complaint as this is very poor service and design from them.

It's lovely to walk into a showroom and feel comfortable to browse without feeling pressured.
Lee was very helpful and polite when placing my order and he went out of his way to provide exactly what I wanted. Lee kept me informed throughout, thank you.
I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Ivor was also very helpful when I needed some information.

The staff at the Chorley branch of Easy Bathrooms are fantastic! We started off just ordering 2 showers for our en-suites, which arrived promptly. When we discovered one was broken, it was replaced immediately. We were so impressed with the customer service that we decided to use Easy Bathrooms when refurbishing our main bathroom. Ivor was excellent and guided us through the design process. Nothing was too much trouble! The delivery went smoothly and we were kept fully informed as to when the items would arrive. The bathroom is almost complete and we are extremely happy with the quality of the products. Many thanks to Ivor for all his help!

Both Bolton and Chorley branch staff were on the “ball”. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, the wife keeps changing her mind.
The only critique, delivery charge. Wowww £60, from Bolton very steep.
